who are the noobs in the last pictures? the red/yellow twins look like early sideswipe/sunstreaker concepts.

 

Those "bars" I think are the Transformer equivalent of our eyelids or eyebrows. They move them out of the way when they see. Starscream's are positioned to look like he's glaring, Ratchet's eyes are closed because the bar is down infront of hem (his expression sort of screams face-palm moment to me) and Ironhide is squinting. Or winking.

What's up with Scavenger's arms? I know one is a flail, but what is the other?

 

I almost thought through that the 5th last or 4th last looked kinda like Rollbar... but it's a long shot. Gold and Police insectoid bipeds are really... cool and gorgeous looking... actually rather graceful!
