Just watched Top Gear, and decided that the challenger 2 Trojan would really work as Grimlock, and I feel is kinda reminiscent of his RID counterpart.


So, what do you guys think?

YES. Robot dinosaurs (while awesome) would make the movie too campy, and no one would like it anymore. Then it becomes a "kids movie" and is no longer edgy.

You know what, fuck all that modern day crap. It's still a movie about anthropomorphic alien robots with ridiculous names and reasons for being among us. It doesn't get more campy than that and yet people are still watching it and having a good time.

And since "Him Grimlock", he thinks a T-Rex skeleton was appropriate to scan as an alt mode at the time. Then after it's pointed out to him that it just aint workin, he can scan the aforementioned vehicle. Thus everyone's happy.

Dinobots don't care about camouflage. They're the heavy artillery of the Autobot forces. Besides the Fallen's already blown the Transformers cover.
I say Dinobots for TF3. Might as well since in the first two they had a giant scorpion.

 

Thats a cool vehicle but I would still rather have Grimlock as a robotic dinosaur. They already have a robotic cat and a giant robotic scorpion so dinosaurs are not that big of a stretch.

 

Couple of things I wanted to say -
It could easily be someone else, just Grimlock was the first to come to mind.
I don't think Grimlock COULDN'T be a Dinosaur either, people know they are around know, whether they like it or not, I just think a Dino wouldn't be very practical or work that well.

And yes they dont care about camouflage they were created by the Autobits because of their strength. Its nothing to do with camouflage. Im still unsure whether they're a good idea for TF3 though.
