I also liked how much the Decepticons addressed Sam as "Boy". It was almost a term of endearment. And Skids' "He got all eaten" was funny.

 

Sideswipe: "Damn, I'm good."

Prime: "Fate rarely calls upon us at a moment of our choosing."

(I think that's how it went. I was baffled at how amusing the ice cream truck thing turned out to be)

Sideswipe: "Clear a path!!!"

Jetfire: "I'M JETFIREEEEEEEEEE!!!" I think he said that when he came and cut Mixmaster in halves

Pretty much anything the Twins said was pretty classic.

 

Sam's Mom: "Hi Mikaela! I've got a bald spot!"
(After Bee, blasting their house while she was still inside packing)

Sam:"No it's my friends car, he went to get you a tighter shirt."

Starscream:"Not to call you a coward master, but sometimes... it's the cowards that survive."

Megatron:"Starscream!!!!"
(After he got his booboo from Optimus. I just liked that he called out for help from Starscream of all bots... well I guess he didn't have much of a choice at that point though.)

I didn't get why he said that out of the blue till I saw the "Mean People Suck" sticker on the back of the ice cream truck during my second viewing.

When Prime shouted pull over I was like 5 years old again.

Same effect on me that roll out had in the first movie.

 

Skids or Mudflap to Leo: "Head all lookin like a Chia Pet.." and "that's cause you a !@#$"

Actually most of what the twins said was funny to me, same with Wheelie. "Short people are mean. Tell him he's tall."

Prime's "Let's Roll!" would've been a lot cooler, had he actually rolled after saying it instead of flying away, LOL. But his entrance and first line was classic! "Autobots, I am in pursuit."

Not so much they're lines, but I also really loved the interaction between Simmons and Leo. Seems like there was a deliberate "passing of the guard" of annoying characters between the two. I also loved how annoyed Simmons got with Leo, considering Leo was taking over from Turturro's character in the first movie...to me anyway.
