The question is, has Livewire just met someone inside Vector Sigma as part of it's defences or has livewire just found out a flaw in the plan of his?

 

Perhaps he found Alpha Trion?

Wow. Looks like Livewire botched on something. Not so bad that he'll get fried...but his intentions aren't so secret anymore.

I really do want to find out what you plan to do with Blackarachnia. The possibilities are many, so it's just a matter of what you're chosing to do. Hopefully we'll come to that answer at some point soon. (Knowing you'll get there eventually, of course.   )

 

She'll turn up relatively soon. She's not been idle behind the scenes, and that's all I'll say at the moment.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. I wonder why the Oracle would contact her? All I can figure is the Oracle's trying to get help from any trusted Maximals it can.

 

The Oracle contacted two Maximals: Cheetor and Botanica. The reason it contacted Cheetor is obvious, since it's been working with him all this time. However I established back at the beginning of this particular story that it had also contacted Botanica and offered her the leadership position it offered Cheetor, which she declined.

That was loosely based off of her plotline in the episode of Beast Machines that introduced Obsidian and Strika, where the Oracle convinced Botanica to join the fight against Megatron by speaking directly to her and showing her a vision. Why she got special treatment is unclear, since all other Oracle direction in the series was given to Optimus Primal, but she did, and so I've carried that plotline forward a bit in my story.

So the Oracle is calling upon it's chosen one and the candidate who turned the role down. It's either needs both of them or it's not sure that Cheetor will even respond, and has called Botanica as backup. Which will get there first? At least Botanica now has the firepower to mount an effective defense, a useful side effect of her unintended reformat.

Oh, and I sense an ex-lovers quarrel on the cards... 

 

Despite the fact that I cannot possibly compete with the movie, updates will continue appearing on Tuesdays and Fridays for the forseeable future.  

I think this is the first time in a long time that I've gathered most of the survivors of the tv show cast together, so naturally we've got to see some Rattrap and Botanica fireworks.  

 

Oooo, fireworks...I like fireworks. All the pretty sparkles and the loud noises...oh...you mean THOSE type of fireworks. Hmmmmm. At first I thought the tiff might be between BA and Silverbolt. I truely like their partnership and would hate to see it end. But Botanica and Rat Trap...they were interesting together before the reformatting, wonder what they will be like now.
Movie was okay, still not enough face-plate time for the bots. And way too many crass "jokes". Maybe they should consider hiring you, Cool Hand, Shadow and Pol for the next script.

 

I read all "chapters" in two days and afterward I just had to subscribe to the thread. ...I swear this should be a canon sequel to BM.
