If anybody is interested, but I just finished up a training DVD showing the process I've developed over the past years for robot concepts. This is the same technique I used on a lot of the concept art for Revenge of the Fallen as well as the movie related comic covers.

I posted earlier asking what kinds of things people would like for me to cover. I think I incorporated all the requests into the videos.

I just wanted to chime in and say your work is awesome, Josh :)  I hope that once the film has been released you could share your Revenge of the Fallen concept art with the world.

Damn, that's so detailed and just plain cool looking. If I was at all into 3D design work, I'd be all over the DVD.

The right arm and weaponry reminds me of Gundam Epyon. And that is awesome. Keep us in the loop, guy!

Wow! I've done some 3D work myself, but it just doesn't compare to yours in terms of detail. Amazing stuff!

And we can't wait to see it. Is there a set time after the release of the movie that you have to wait?

Thanks guys. For this image I was concentrating on showing the whole process more than trying to get it done fast - but I'd guess it was around 20 hrs.

As far as showing stuff I did on the movie, I've been talking with the PR people trying to figure that out. They have a pretty firm plan for when people can do interviews and images that can be shown. Plus there is the Art of Transformers that is coming out so I'm sure they won't want anybody taking away from that. We'll see...
