so ya hear they said 175 million for 5 days... i was think i already have plan go midnight on june 24 12:01am, then friday with friends then sat with my kids... maybe 3 maybe 4 times to watch transformers revenge of fallen.

Well that all depends. In the event that it is good. I will probably watch it a few times.
If it's bad, I will watch it once.

 

Well I saw the first one 4 times in the theater. 2 on Early Monday Previews (8 PM and Midnite), again on Friday, and then a week or so later

 

I think I'll watch it 3 times in the first week.
And after that I'll maybe watch it 2 or 3 weeks later.

 

Probably about 4 times.
I'll go with family a few times and then some times with my friends.

 

Probably 3 - 5 times, with the total amount depending on the quality of the film. I'm definitely going to a normal theatre on opening night (1), hope to make it up to the IMAX to watch it there (2) and should have enough balance left on my AMC gift card to get in a Saturday morning matinee (3). After that, I might catch it a few more times if it blows me away, but I just can't watch any movie (even ones I absolutely love) much more than 4 times in a short period of time.

 

Once for me. I'm unfortunately not the type of guy that goes to watch a movie I like a second time.

I have to watch a movie i'm psyched about at least twice. the second time through i know whats coming so i can focus more.

 

I suspect 3 times total. That is usually my MAX for movies that I like.

*Once with my Movie crew that sees movies on release night
*Once with my Dad since he likes to go see movies
*Once with casual movie friends who may want to see it a week or two later for a matinee

Past that, I don't think I will need to see it more than that to see all of the 'neat stuff' but I might try to see it in IMAX or something if they have that.

 

I plan on seeing it at least twice in theaters.

 

Even though I've got my misgivings I guess I'll watch it once just to be fair.

Not really the type of person to watch the same film again and again in the theaters because I figure if I like a film enough to watch it several times I'll take that ticket money and save it for the DVD in a few months.

Guess the big question is will I like it enough to buy the DVD later on or will I pass on the DVD like the first time?

 

Well...your poll really isn't thurough.because while I only saw the first movie 4 times in the theatre, I have since watched it 451 times on dvd in the past two years.

Depending on how the movie goes, I will see it once with my girlfriend (The first movie was one of our first dates, and I took her to go see it when they released it early at midnight on the 2nd of July '07), so of course I have to see this one that very same way. Then If the movie is good I will see it again in the theatre a couple more times with my homies. A couple of those times will definately be in IMAX.

 

I saw the first one 6 times in the cinemas. For ROTF, judging from what I've seen in trailers so far, I would gladly watch it 10 times or more in the cinemas.

Maybe twice a week for 2 months.

 

I'd say 3 on up including a visit to an IMAX showing at some point! Defiently going to a midnight showing though!

 

Ill prolly end up seeing it 5 time at least. First showing in IMAX with my mom and brother and friend. Then prolly the following day with my friend. Sometime on the weekend with a few more friends. Then when i go down to NC to see family another couple of times with them.
