Yep a great time was had by all. managed to bump into familiar faces & also new ones. even tho it was tiring, it was all worth it as in the end none of us went home empty-handed. towards the end a group of us from both TFW Sg thread & TF.sg folks hung-out till the wee hrs of the morning at the Macdonalds.

Btw here's mine (not much plus some pixs of freebies/premiums). I'm damn happy man heh heh.

 

Anyone getting the figs at depart stores pls tell me of any discounts as i really need a 20% off. They had that in June 07! I know TRU doesnt give any any, seriously wtf.

I reported earlier that BHG at Bugis have less 20% for ROTF Preview figures but I don't know if this promo is still applicable now.

Ah dats sad. I will just go to PP n get SS n SW, nowadays the shops all so unkind. I'll probably get OP when hes on clearance. The new prices are reminding me of PP Action Toys, especially the 220 bucks Ultimate BB.

hey guys..for you guys looking for discount, i aint sure if you can find it. Hasbro Singapore has told myself and stephenusprime that they will not be allowing discounts for ROTF toys, and if there is, it means the retailers will be suffering a loss themselves!

Btw, the crowd was mad, i was the 72nd one to enter, and pple was pushing and jostling me to go ahead of me for the toys. It felt like a fish market. But I felt really proud to know that TFs are in such high demand to get pple in such a frenzy. heh

 

One retailer chain is giving 20% for ROTF toys but there are certain criteria to meet. I'm sure most people will know which one.

 

Cool! When I reached the emcee, most of the questions are on animated but I didn't know the answers to some since I'm pretty much a G1 fan   Where to get the stickers man? It's part of the goodie bag? Didn't get any but I am still a happy man since I managed to get the guide book and the poster which is what I wanted.

doubleclouderr: It was chaotic man! Had to literally snatch to get my Sideways. Think some of us would have seen how the crowd responded with all the pushing when the TRU staff restock some of the items during the 2 hour sale. Before the stuff even got hanged on the shelves, they were all gone! Really like fish market aka fish to bait!

Would have love to stay around and mingle with the TFW and TF.sg folks if not for someone I was with who was getting very grouchy from all the queuing and waiting to get in and out to pay.

Lesson learnt for the nite: Never go for a toy launch with a gal. Ha!
