CLEVELAND AREA Target in Eastgate Plaza They had ROTF FAB out, Megs, Prime, Bee, and Volt. 2 of each, left them there b/c the only FAB i got in the first line was frenzie. There are also not set for the launch. and I had them check, no preview figs in back. Target on 117th. Nothing of interest, other then clearanced TFs have it the 50% discount, so I got RB UM for $22 and Mugs BB for 5.50. They are also not set for ROTF launch. Goodluck all

Yeah... I literally just left there, and they still had the legends sitting out. I took a springer to one of the registers to see if I could buy it. The cashier was about to manually put it in, but my luck, the CSM walked over and said "yeah we camt sell those until tomorrow, sorry, bye.". I was pissed. Why are they so strict about the rotf toys streetdate, but somehow I managed to get my animated toys at the beginning of may?
yeah, release dates on toys... lame. though i wonder if taking them to the electronics or lawn and garden area would have worked? oh well.
I'll be honest, I hate Wooster Walmart. I hate Massillon Walmart, I can't stand any of them really. Been me, I'd've just told them I was going to spend my money at Target or K-Mart. I hate the fact that I've missed out on Warpath and Cosmos they're the last two I wanted from this quarter's non ROTF stuff. I never found them and it's all because Walmart most likely didn't put out the stock due to them wanting to clear the shelves for ROTF which has been happening for like a month.
Just checked on the stuff at the North Olmsted Walmart. They didn't get the midnight memo. Judging by the way the manager talked, they aren't even aware of the 5pm releasal.
Anyone else heading up to the North Olmsted TRU tomorrow for the Preview night? I'll be there tomorrow. Probably wearing a Botcon 2008 T-shirt.
I scored all of my figures at the Ashland, Walmart last night at 12:18 AM, except Soundwave and any wave 2 stuff. I checked Wooster this morning before work for Soundwave and they have not even cleared the shelves for the new stuff. Still had legends out, but nothing else. They are relatively small compared to other area WM's. Maybe it's the low ceiling that makes it feel that way. Still pretty dirty. Hoping to land Sondwave in Ontario tonight, or Target in the AM tomorrow.
I went to the midnight sale at Walmart on Northfield and Rockside. All they had were Bumblebee, Soundwave, and a few scouts. The guy stocking shelves was real nice and even opened up a few cases that were sitting on a pallet in the aisle for us, but those were all BB and SW too. I'm going to check TRU in Parma later today.
Nothing at the Walmart on Trenton Avenue in Findlay. They had peg space ready, along with stock-sheets, but nothing aside from the legends-class figures.
Target at steelyard had wave one of scout,deluxe,Voyager,Leader,FAB,and Gravity bots out this morning. They had BB helmet,arm, and potato head too. Picked up Rampage, Sideswipe, and Demolishor. Will get more tonight at TRU
Target North Olmsted, has what I believe is Wave 2 of Deluxes, Whellie, Chromia, Smokescreen, Desert Battle Brawl, Skids. Wave 1 voyagers, Demolisher, Starscream, Optimus, Ironhide. Leader Optimus, and Leader Megatron as well. Also, they have the Bumblebee helmet, and blaster, along with some walkie talkies. No scouts, no legends, not even Robot heroes, or robot Replicas. Looks like Toys R Us is sounding even more promising tonight!
I was at eastgate wal mart last night, they were putting the rotf toys out. I picked up a few deluxes, and they rang after midnight. I looked at the skid with the rotf boxes on it, and they had two different deluxe boxes... One said "2009 movie deluxe wave 1", while the other said 2009 movie w1r2". I'm guessing that means revision, but how could they be revising it?
Meijer in Walmart had none of their ROTF stock out anymore, except for the legends-class figures. I'm wondering if someone told them they had to pull it until tomorrow.
Target in Colerain had plenty of deluxes, but very few voyagers, and one of each for the leaders. They had lots of scouts, and robot replicas, and the gravity bots. I picked up a Rampage, Ransack, and a Demolisher. Had no problems checking out today either! My pal said the wal-mart by regan hwy has stock out for sale right now, he picked up soundwave, and starscream. We then went to the wal mart by 275 and they were just putting stuff up, taping cardboard across the toys to prevent purchase I guess!
Hey Doctor Reggae and some of the other NW Ohio people...thanks for the heads up on the Meijers that way putting some stock out last week. Was through that area on Sunday and got a few figures. Picked up the rest I needed earlier today as Ft. Wayne stores had everything out this morning. Thanks again guys!
Out and about today.... Meijer's at Tylersville had all of it. Picked up Starscream and Sideswipe. Target in Anderson was just putting all of the stuff out. They already had the Voyagers & Leaders on the shelf. I asked about the Superion & Bruticus giftsets, and the guy had a sign that said "Revenge of the Fallen Superion Combiner $29.99" on the back. The worker stated that they were having a "coupon day" around 1-2 weeks from now and they would be put out then. HETELLME! Walmart in Eastgate....bunches of Scouts & Deluxes & Legends, no Voyagers or Leaders out yet though. Target in Milford had the display up, but no figures out yet. I didn't stop at the TRU in Eastgate, so I don't know if they had the Whirl/Bludgeon set. I would have bought it if so. Good luck and happy hunting! Confirmed the WalMart in Bedford has the preview figs, along with everthing else (except Legends). Picked up Soundwave!
DAMN IT I HAVE BEEN STALKING THAT MEIJER LATELY!!! Oh well there is hope for the priceton road walmart.
