I look forward to insecticons. That sounds like it could be the 50 dollar item in the system people were wondering about last month.

 

Wow....that's nice that Perceptor and the Insecticons will finally appear over here. I hope any changes done to them are minimal.

nope, "Gathering" and the 2 pack will be released some time in october. as far as I know here, locally, only wave 1 will be released along with the preview figs, sadly.

I was hoping the Nemesis thing was going to be a G1 inspired Universe thing. Oh well more money to save.

 

Megatron, The Fallen and Soundwave is an odd group. Going by the novelisation, Megatron and Starscream meet in the wreck of Nemesis and there are dozens of protoforms in stasis. The Fallen and Soundwave never get to the Nemesis. Obviously the novel is not based on the final shooting script and things can change.

Fallen, Megs, Soundwave. That set sounds tempting. I didn't plan on buying the Voyager Megs and opted for the leader, but in a two pack with a G1 redeco Soundwave I may now pick it up. Hopefully the Fallen will be different enough too to justify picking it up.

The Whirl/Bludgeon 2-Pack. Tough call. I really do like the Wreckage redeco but I am not a fan of the Blackout mold enough to justify that purchase. Maybe BBTS or eBay will have Bludgeon seperately someday.

 

I'll definitely get this, especially if the box it comes in is a cool display one like the Freeway Battle, First Encounter, etc., sets.

I'm glad this was confirmed, and I finally will have a cool bludgeon...I was worried the Nemesis thing was going to be a diorama of the robot heros beast wars figures (ala star wars/gi joe) with a repainted waspinator or something..

 

Maybe it'll come with a orange and red The Fallen, called MORE ON FIRE THAN BEFORE The Fallen.

 

Hopefully the Voyager Megs will be gray or silver, and that will make me definitely buy it. It appears as if the Voyager mold is more accurate to the film, but he's way too small to go against Leader Prime, and he's green for some reason. Mayhe the Fallen will be slightly darker and shinier, as his CGI model had a greentint but overall seemed like a shiny black.

 

Of course, there were Transformers before Beast Wars, so maybe we had seen the Nemesis somewhere before.  

 

So is this "1:22 RotF Battle Pack at Tru, Blue Soundwave, Movie 1 Voyager Megs" that was mentioned in the panel the same as this 3 pack we've been talking about? If so, it's a shame. Wouldn't have minded blue soundwave and a diff color of the smaller megs from ROTF. But a repaint of the first movie megs? Pass

EDIT - You're right! Now I can go ahead and get the ROTF Voyager.  

I'll probably pass on this as well, and get the original Soundwave if there's no Voyager.
