When facts are wrong, no matter who, I correct them. The fact that FR is multiplying incorrect facts is just a coincidence.

And about that "unseen" Constructicon: he's doesnt have anything, just thin air. I know all suppliers of "stolen chinese toys" (including his). I was in that game years before him. If it was out, we would have seen it a long time ago. He claimed a couple weeks ago he already had most of the Constructicons in hand when all he had was Rampage, Demolishor and FAB Long Haul. He didn't even had Mixmaster at the time and much less Long Haul.

So, before defending your kitbash god blindlessly, know the facts.

For sure, you don't have it. It's funny how you actually said that you had SEVERAL unseen toys yet when new ones kept surfacing (Wheelie, Mixmaster, Mudflap, Ravage, etc.) you were always admitting not having them. To pretend you have toys to be released in waves to be released after toys that are just being produced is stupid. No one is going to admire you more because you pretend you have toys that don't even exist.

That reminds me... a certain guy back in November claimed he had ROTF Voyager Shockwave on the way. Boy that was funny.

When the toy is out for real, which is not the case right now.

 

For the record, nothing you're saying here is backed up by any facts either. If you have a problem, you should work it out in PMs like a big boy would, and not spam the boards with flame rants.

Oh, and I'm not liking the soundwave-esque wrists, both otherwise the design is solid. Are we 100% sure it's a voyager and not a deluxe? The design looks complex enough to be a voyager, but is there proof other than yizhi's word?

This voyager is actually more accurate to the CGi design than the FAB, but the FAB just nails the bulkiness which was the main point, or at least...the fans' wish.

The difference makes sense though : the lower legs of the FAB are the entire front cab section split in 2.

In the case of this voyager class, the front cab section partially allocates to his thighs - mistransformed in the pics : the rail guard section should wrap around the thighs at the front - and you can see the rest of the front cab section remains on his back.

So there's your explanation for the lack of bulk on his legs. Though ; if you look at the CGi design, the front cab section isn't on his lower legs, so the voyager version does indeed get it correctly but due to plastic engineering I guess the proportions had to be narrowed down a bit.

Furthermore, the paint apps are great imo ; just look at the shiny blue-ish metallic paint details and the 1214 logo's on his torso.

There's also a transparant blade ; a really cool novelty imo.

The blue-ish/ wheel axis, hinge on his shoulders doesn't seem to be able to fold back ; because the backpack is in the way....

All in all, he is in fact not skinny at all, but he just lacks the super bulk of the FAB version's simplified transformation. Ok, now I'm eager to see Scrapper and Hightower !

 

I'm guessing that he in actuality comes with a transparent flamethrower (???) missile thing on both arms? These constructicons are looking so good I don't care they can't combine, although I must admit long Haul is my least favourite thusfar. Bring on Hightower! Can't wait to see his robot mode!

I admit, the cg design is cool, but for me this fails to emulate it well.
The hands and arms in particular are bigtime fail. Still, the torso and face are the best I have seen in the movieverse. i am still not buying it though. Fansproject has taken my wallet hostage.

I agree with what you said about the legs, and if he's posed in a wider stance, he'd look more like his CGI counterpart. The arms still look less bulky than the FAB and CGI, but everything can't be perfect, and the dual-wield weapons are a plus, IMO.

 

I wasn't planning on picking much of the ROTF line up but this guy looks to have made the list

The arms would look bulkier if they are rotated at the upper arm and have the arm kibble like in the art - although then the elbow bend will be wrong, anyway I like him - look forwards to some properly transformed/posed pics.
