a 1/32 IN SCALE G1-based, realistic alt-modes where possible, highly detailed line. less cheap feeling than classics but slightly less fragile than Alts. chiney paint applications on shiney cars. don't just have the Leaders as the leader class toys - have the leader class toys based on the larger alt modes. no gimmicks. Christ, Star Wars vehicles have more or less the right sizes in relation to each other.

As an aside: I realised why I haven't warmed to Classics as much as I should have the other day when I placed Prowl and Side Swipe in alt mode next to their G1 selves. Yes, the 25 year old toys look so much better than the ones released last year! That's a negative improvement on alt-mode. Boo hiss!

I have not heard of this Rhinox? Hopefully they let the same guys who designed the Beast Wars 10th Anniversary/Cybertron Megatron and Optimus Monkey mode on that.

I love Beast Wars, but those were 2 great beast transformers, some are either good in one mode or the other but they were the best of both, hopefully he would have 2 big chain guns stowed on the insides of his Rhino mode.

 

I know there is no hope of this. But I really wish we could get an updated computron and Abominus. Those 2 were my favs from the G1 combiners (they were first ones I got as a kid) Predaking would the greatest re-release ever

 

The one thing I want is Universe to come back. Leave all the homages and updates there. For a main line I want something NEW not just G1 retreads like Animated. I understand Optimus and Megatron are mainstays but I'd like to see some NEW characters not just recycled old ones. Two desires that are hypocratic I realize.

 

- Basically any Animated figures of the screen characters that don't already have toys. I would want Spittor or Strika over anyone else.
- Classics/Universe versions of more G1 characters. No explanation needed.
- And what I hope for most: Classics/Universe updates of the BW cast. We already got Dinobot and Cheetor, with Rhinox being slightly hinted at. Plus, I want a version of pre-transmetal Rattrap that is more than an old activator that costs $60 on Ebay.

Even if it was only showing off some Universe stuff at Toy Fair next year at least then there would be something to look forward to instead of the big pile of nothing if you aren't a movie fan.

Any break really from their nothing but movie stuff would be nice at this point even if it is some time in 2010 before they start to give a damn about the rest of us again.

 

I'd like to see them continue the Universe/Classics line. I'm really glad they abandoned those shitty cyber key and minicon gimmicks. Personally, those would've been better suited for G1. The concepts just feel dated.

I'd like to see some more BW stuff. We've got Cheetor and Dinobot. We need Optimus Primal, Rattrap, and Rhinox. Primal and Rhinox could be Voyagers and Rattrap would be a Deluxe. And maybe a new G1 Prime and Megatron. Maybe Leader class. Oh, and G1 Jazz.

 

Some more Universe, and a brand new TF property. Something we haven't really seen before with a brand new cast of characters.

 

I want Universe to surge forward - and not have as many repaints as 2.0 did. If I never see the Classics Starscream mold again, I'll be fine with that. Ditto for the 2.0 Prowl mold. What I would like to see is Hasbro release Masterpiece Grimlock as a Universe Leader, a "G2" style Leader Megatron and an "Armada" style Leader Prime. Armada Prime had sooooo much potential! I'd settle for any Prime where Hasbro actually gives him a freakin' trailer, but "Armada" is the best one that they could seriously play with and bring up to an awesome standard.

Animated-

Autobots:Wheeljack, Ironhide, Red Alert, Brawn

Affordable Seekers in the Universe line. Universe classic deluxe Jazz, Wheeljack, and Blitzwing Legends Gears, Huffer, and Windcharger. Maybe decepticon cassettes that aren't Ravage or Laserbeak

 

Seeing as Animated is actually ending this year, and we'll be getting a new show and toy line, this is a list of characters I would LOVE to see make it into the show and toy line:

Autobots:
-Optimus Prime- obvious chose as leader of the Autobots, but I can see them giving him yet another cool design.
-Jetfire- his appearance in the movie could raise interest in the character.
-Bumblebee- his continued appearance in the movie will keep interest in him up.
-Technobots-have them be the team that opposes the CC's.
-Dinobots- have at least Grimlock, Snarl (the REAL snarl), and Sludge this time around, maybe include Slag (under a different name), and Swoop later on, but at least give the other two an update first.

Decpticons:
-Megatron-another obvious choice, but maybe give him a tank-mode now that his movie counterpart has a tank-mode.
-Starscream- obvious choice, could have a cool jet alt-mode.
-Skywarp- repaint of Starscream, give him his teleporting power, and a soldier under Starscream's command.
-Ramjet- retool/repaint of Starscream, give him a personality befiting of his usual portrayal, and have him be the second bot under Starscream's command.
-Constructicons- give them a look that's mostly their classic look, but with a hint of their movie look, especially Long Haul.
-Predacons- make a team of them to oppose the Dinobots, they then wouldn't have to combine.

A lot of ideas for a show and toy line that I know pretty much NOTHING about, lol, other than the fact that it isn't Animated  

 

I would like to see a TF / GIJoe crossover, would like to see the HISS tank as a decepticon or the Skystryker as an autobot.

 

i would like to see a cartoon based on the movie(s) :3 no need for stylization, so no need for new toys ^_^...maybe a few new mold, but yea...
