It's a dead give away
People reported this and it is still going. These items are gonna sell for more than 50 bucks each. they are fake and ebay does nothing. If you tell the truth and list them as KO they pull your auction. This is ridiculous. I feel bad for the winner
I love how they always qualify it with "I am not a Transformers expert", but then you always see that they have been buying or selling other Transformers in their feedback.

People can still report the items. Even though an auction has ended, I have seen ebay pull auctions that were reported.
Oh my God, people keep falling for these things. He's not a Transformers expert, though he bought 20+ TF items lately. yeah right. I love this one as well. 1. The toy is vintage, mint and sealed in the original box. 2. This is NOT the re-issued version. 3. I am the original owner. It has been stored for over 20 years in a climate controlled smoke free environment. 4. The box has a minor wear on the corners and edges. There is a piece of scotch-tape at each box end. 5. This transformer is in excellent shape and is 100% complete with all accessories, i.e. unapplied stickers, manual, red-decoder, etc. 6. You can find the "pre-rub" sticker in the box, transformers logo will be shown if you rub the sticker. 7. Same item was sold at US $255 on 21 April 2009. This is for your reference only so the seller name was hidden. A pre-rub sealed Mirage, showing images of insert out of the box, while the rub sticker is present. That's a new one to me.
