Ok, I've got to have him... And Elita One. FP really should have made the boxed set as appealing as the extras...

    Razorclaw does. I don't know about Banzai-Tron.

    I like this guy!

Look at it this way, if you sell off the box set you'll make more than enough buy the Banzai-boat.

    So far we've seen:
    Leozack
    Sky Quake
    Razorclaw
    Banzai-tron

Going by all the previous Botcons, that leaves one more exclusive to reveal. I'm leaning towards a Repaint of Scourge in Sweeps color scheme, probably as the freebie.

It occurs to me FP is WAY better at doing bad guys than good guys.

Counting them all, plus the ones in the lists, this makes thirteen figures.

I really have to wonder what they have planned for future toys; this year's Club figures haven't been announced yet. I wonder if any will be shown in the Botcon comic, or if they'll be kept as a surprise?

This makes me want to make the trip to Pasadena for Botcon, as all I really want are the exclusives figures at this point.

I would say that Razorclaw uses the new Leo Prime head, and Banzai-Tron will be retaining the figures original head.

I REALLY hope not; I can't think of much I'd rather NOT get as the freebie than a mould I'm not keen on at all, that's already in the box set, and as a generic nobody of a character.

Even more so if we really do end up with three of the buggers. Though I imagine some people are going to be having fun building up giant armies of sweeps.

    It's gotta be Banzaitron.

He even has white letters that look foreign (Japanese?) or Cybertronian running down the sides of his boat mode, right below the missile launchers.

Did anyone mention Clench yet? Someone mentioned it over at Seibs and really, if it's not Banzai-Tron...I think it might be this guy:

    Clench (1993) - Decepticon Leader - www.tfu.info

A vehicle of terrifying power and pure evil. Combines a keen brain with diabolical cruelty. His whole being is dedicated to vengeance. A nightmare opponent, powered by pure hate and the thought of ultimate victory. Overwhelms, flattens and throws aside anyone foolish enough to get in his way. As a vehicle attacks from all sides with vast weapon power and does terrible damage with his vicious, rear mounted grabbing claw. Menacing in intermediate mode as a multi-purpose battle station. As a gigantic robot, towers terrifyingly above all.

That would make an awful lot of sense and also make me happy. Either option is good to me.

On the plus side it would be free and would most like go for decent money on the after market to those who want to troop build.

If they have a Sweeps pack, then this will really be shaping up to be like the 2005 set all over again. Then again a Sweeps 2 pack would sell much better than the virulent clones two pack.

G2 Clench/Colossus would work as a Movie Ironhide repaint - same car halves chest, similar head... if I ever find an Ironhide on the flea market, I will repaint him to Clench.

Looks like the Master of Crystalocution to me -- and looks GOOD! I don't think he'd need a new head, as the Mirage one seems pretty close -- large "V" crest, horizontal lines on sides of helmet, angled eyes. (But then, I didn't think Flak or Blarr needed new heads, either.) The transparent plastic seems to be yellow, so there's another point in the right direction for B-Tron.

    So... "HE DON'T TELL ME"?

Where are you folks getting your info?

I must agree. Still dig Scourge and Flak, though.

The only ones I can make out look like katakana to me ("i" and "ri"). Hope it's not just jibberish.

    TRUKK NOT BOTE!
