How much is this thing? It's beautiful. And would go well with Powered Commander for his giant sword of doom.

That looks wicked and would look awesome either with Powered Commander or with Omega Prime.

 

Any way we can get a shot of this with Shadow Commander? I want to see how the colors go together.

I have an Omega Prime that NEEDS this. I think Reproparts started work on one of these years ago, but nothing's happened with it in forever.

 

It looks silly. Its too big.

 

I still think this thing is kinda goofy looking. But that might be because I am not a big fan of whatever series such a sword appeared in.

Apparently. So long ago that half the people responding don't get the fact that it's supposed to be bigger then the guy wielding it. If they think that's huge then they should see the original version that came with the TRU Japan Exclusive version of Omega Prime. Now that was huge.

I really don't see this as an upgrade for City Commander per se... more like something that can go in any one's hands. It was originally Omega Prime's sword in RID/Car Robots.

 

Right! ...cuz I remember about the time the clear Omega Prime giftset with the sword was released and the collective fandom basically going, "DO WANT!!!"

 

Yeah, I tracked one down just for that blasted sword!  

Only problem was it was so shoddy (the handle's plastic was too thin and the blade so heavy that it would cause the long handle to bend and get stress marks) it eventually broke on me.  

Hopefully, this version has had that problem corrected as it's an all new mold... and it'll look great in Classics Prime's hands (it's too small to look proper with Omega Prime unfortunately, but maybe they'll make a larger one at some point).

 

Is it me or is that not a sword at all?
