Mr. Orci, can you tell us how many Insecticons there will be and if they have any names? Will it be a trio like in the cartoon or will there be a whole swarm? Also, was there a mix up with Demolishor's name and he's now called Scavenger in the movie?

    Mr Orci:

From this film what die hard fan complaints have you noticed? have you thought about adressing any of them or agreed with any?

an example would be the dislike of jetfires cane...(not all people dislike it but a lot do).

    Thank you

few question (sorry if some of them were already asked) :

1.Do you know when would the dvd for the movie come out? your opinion?
I'm one of those who enjoys "behind the scenes" and "director's commentary" equally as the movie.

2.Are there any fights in the air ?
I loved that Starscream scene at the end of the first movie. :thumb

    3.How long is the last battle ? 10? 15? 20? 25 minutes ?

    4.How many transformers are in the last battle? 10? 20? 40? 60 ? :D

5.Will Constructicons fight in their robot mode before they combine into Devastator?

thank you for answering our questions. I really mean it.thanx

    Hey Bob,

Will Jetfire mostly be comic relief? Based on recently released information, he's quite forgetful and has difficulty transforming. Will he ever do anything in the movie that isn't completely embarassing and disappointing to fans?

Dear Roberto Orci, (Sweet name, BTW)

If you were a Tranformers fan previous to the movie series, do you feel that helping in creating them has ruined the anticipation of seeing Transformers on the big screen, or has it enhanced the experience?

I second this. I don't mind the comical aspects of being elderly, but I thought that being a former Deceticon, Jetfire reawakens still feeling remorse and contemplting the horrors of war. It seems as if his comical aspects will take a front seat to his former-Decepticon ones. Is it just me, or are there too many 'funny' bots in ROTF? We already have the Twins...

I have a question for you Bobert.

For the movies, who's side are you on,the humans or the robots.
I think it's obvious who we as fans are for,we could care less about the human characters.Theyr more scenery or props than cared about characters.

I wanna know what the bots are thinking or doing or feeling while the humans are, well I dont care where the humans are.I mean,it's gotta be way more fun writing for the Transformers than the humans. That way you get to get into all the TF jargon and scifi stuff.

It's sucks that Peter Cullen will never get top billing over Shia.Isnt his character,Optimus Prime more the central character of the entire franchise?

What side is Bay on for that matter?Does he have as much fun or more working with the Transformers and theyr scenes and dialogue? He's into the scifi stuff right?

    Hi Mr. Orci,

How big of a role does Sideswipe play?

Great question. To be honest, I can't deny that there has been a clear and honest contingent of fans whose appreciation of the film suffered as a result of preconceived notions. But I don't know what percentage of fandom that represents. I am more sure that people who knew nothing about Transformers tended to be pleasantly surprised by the movie.

This. He's the first design that's almost universally praised, and visually the most interesting of the group. From that perspective, let's compare this movie to Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. Sideswipe's your Darth Maul...he's gonna be the favorite of any guy over 15 based on his badass looks alone. He's the character that has the popularity momentum before the movie has even premiered. Is he going to take a backseat to the JarJar antics of the twins?

I would not be into Transformers again without the first movie.

The scene on that mosque type building outside during the day when they are debating bumblebees fate and protecting the humans is what made the movie to me. At the end of the day for some reason after all the action that is the core of the movie, personally for me.

Can we expect some similar scenes?

Rob, do you sometimes find it frustrating to have to balance what would otherwise be allowed to become a really fan-oriented movie with the neccessity to keep its audiences open (because it's such a big movie)? It must be difficult to try and keep a tone for the movie together, and the fact that people blame you and the rest of the crew for an inevitable production decision must be irritating.

Regarding the recently revealed scene, were the songs Bumblebee does discussed on much? Would there theoretically be time to change them?
Also, Mikelea in a dress? Some teeny bit of context is needed, sir. You will comply.

He does have a great menacing voice. I'd vote for that, or perhaps one of the other decepticon characters.

I'd be interested to know this too. The first one was great and is in my car CD player at this moment. And in listening to the first one, does anyone know what the "choir" is singing/saying in the background of the decepticon music? Is it German? Latin? If so, what is the translation? Is it some ominous prophetic hidden message or maybe just Bob Orci's grocery list. I'm a professional musician and would love to know!

Yeah, I noticed that a lot of people who didn't know about Transformers before the movie enjoyed it greatly, and then there were some mixed thoughts from hardcore fans. (I, for one, loved it)

But I was wondering about how people who work on the movie, like you, feel about it. I'm sure there are lots of moments that you will never forget from your time creating the movie, but does making it somehow subtract from the experience of seeing your childhood heroes on the big screen? Do you feel like you are missing out on the thrill of it?

    BOB:

Any chance Bay was lying when he revealed arcee will die???

If not, why would he reveal a major plot point when everything else has been top secret?

    Hello, Mr. Orci! :)

Today, Bay "revealed" the death of Arcee. Any comments?

Mr. Orci, I really hope this is not true. I mean, you tried really hard to get Arcee in the film series, and Bay wants her gone ASAP. There's no reason to kill off a major, fan-fave character just because Bay hates her. I mean, you said before you weren't the biggest fan of the Dinobots, but you tried to work them in, even though you ultimately decided not to. I am pretty sure this is misinformation, as why would Bay just come out and say this, but saying "I don't like her too much, so I kill her," that's just idiotic, arrogant, and wrong. If there is one topic anyone of us would want you to confirm, it's most likely this one.
