Breakaway is most likely just a toy, and if he was a movie character, his Lockheed Martin-produced plane mode would have been licensed and thus considerably more accurate than it currently is.

OK, so Animated stole ideas from the movie and now the movie steels ideas from Animated. I mean even the space bridge/sun destroyer looks like it did in Animated.

 

The blue container was spoiled last issue and mentioned in the 'what's in the blue container' thread  

 

Add that to the Autobots we already know about, it's going to be one colourful cast:

Bike #1: pink
Bike #2: purple
Bike #3: blue
Skidz: green
Mudflap: red/orange
Jolt: indigo
Sideswipe: silver
Bumblebee: yellow
Optimus Prime: blue & red
Ratchet: day-glo yellow/green
Ironhide & Jetfire: black

Son of a gun! I blew up 2 different pics. of that goofy Cheech & Chong like Ice Cream Truck and would almost have put money on the fact that that symbol was a 'Con logo. Oh, well. This just ups the degree of handicap the 'Bots have going into the 2nd Movie. They now have Wheelie (sorta) Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dumber (the fugly bros.) a schizophrenic moto-fem bot(s), an eco-friendly sub,sub compact, a geriatric SST, Commander Soft Serve and our core group minus one since Jazz "had ta split" in the last film. (Sideswipe might make it out of this alive, but don't place your bets just yet) All going up against Deavastator, The Fallen and Starscream returning with his minionsfrom Cybertron.
Remember the scene when Mojo whizzed on Ironhides foot? Yeah, that's how effective the 'Bots are gonna be going into this new fight. Drop-kicked over the fence like a yappy Chiuahuah. This is going to be as one sided as a Rambo flick. I may have to catch it on the IMAX screen twice this time.

 

Man, i know they wanted to precent the cons as stronger. but to do that u didnt have to make the autos handicapped.

 

i think what you mean to say is that a small grainy picture of an ice cream truck revealed a dark splodge on teh side of it, that kind of looked like it might be narrower at the bottom than the top. not exactly proof..

 

I thought the same thing. I does look more like a con symbol. And as stated in other threads it was prob a hoax by Bay knowing that the ice cream truck would have its picture taken and leaked out. So Bay did it on purpose to throw people off.

 

The picture of the ice cream truck isn't clear enoughe for you to 'know', I'd put money that it's an Autobot.

 

Wow, people are still saying that the ice cream truck is a Decepticon? Look at the second picture that Nidaram12 put up on page 4. Optimus addresses the small group of Autobots and asks them to show themselves; you see Sideswipe, Arcee, Cromia, the other unknown bike, and the ice cream truck. All the other Autobots don't look fearful of the ice cream truck's presence so there you go! Cream truck is an Autobot and obviously the twins.

 

The two bots Prime takes out are Dropkick and Incinerator (the Sideswipey one).
The bot behind Ironhide is one of the fembot bikes.


Also, is it THAT difficult to go to your local comic store and buy the issue? Barring that, get one on the internet (IDW does subscriptions guys, c'mon).

 

Read this one today. Found it very exciting and the end was awesome.
