With new Mugg news comes the haters too. I dont get it. What are they good for??? What is any Transformer, or any other toy good for? You can't eat them, or live in them. They don't provide life giving medicine, you cant use them as transportation...

Mighty Muggs are just fun, that's all. Is that such a bad thing?

Oh... can't wait for these BTW! :thumbs2:

    Absolutely nothin'! (Say it again!)

    HUUAH!

Seriously, though. I caved and bought Soundwave 'cause, well... it's Soundwave... and I still don't get the appeal.

I don't usually get these, or robot heroes, or the small titaniums, because I usually save my money for Transformers that transform. But it's not some deep ideology like it seems to be for some people - the engineering of the transformation is just what intrigues me so much about Transformers. I don't get the disdain some people seem to have for those who's idea of what's fun is different.

Unless your idea of fun is insulting what other people like. Then I have very little tolerance for your idea of fun.

How is that? Did they use their cuteness to convince you to send money to Nigerians?

Mighty Muggs Bumblebee once tried to convince me to send money to Cybertron.

But anyway, Muggs rock. Most SW ones are cool. I don't collect Joe's - so those are a pass. The Indy ones failed, because Hasbro failed Indy and caused him to go down in flames (or an over-abundance of Mutts). TF Muggs are very cool and I hope they continue the line further. Granted they don't transform, but there are so many toys that don't transform that are also cool and these Muggs have great company with TF busts, statues, super-deformed figures, Robot Heroes, etc.

It's a shame that this might be the last year for Muggs, as they will become TRU exclusives later this year and from there... well, let's just say that TRU is pretty much death's door. There's no coming back from TRU slaughtering this line.
