none of the heads that have come out for city commander as an add on i feel have worked. The way they stylized the armor no one has mimicd well enough to translate that into a head for it. I really think the original add on is quite good on its on i only really want shoulder rockets. That said depending on price i may go for this just for that and possibly the gun.

 

What is up with all the add on heads for CC? Seriously, the original one was FINE THE WAY IT IS.

These new heads just don't fit the rest of the look, its almost a sad. People and their geewun hangups......

Now, you wanna make an accessory/weapon pack for CC, thats fine with me. I already got my G1 launchers, all i need is a decent rifle for Magnus and i'm good to go.

upgrade for an upgrade.... right.... ok. first of the head is fine as it may be a bit squarer in the face thats all it realy needs. so head is pass. secondly the sword is a "what the point" kinda thing, ultra magnus need no sword, plus it looks like a longer version of the altonator version mustang sword just with the wrecker symbol so that a waste. thirdly, yes the the set lacks shoulder missles but a g1 set would work fine even if it needs a little modding and would be cheaper. lastly the gun is ok but I don't like guns that cut off quite short after the hand peg it just looks off to me. this set = fail

 

This set= Win for me based on the sword (which will go to someone else) but the missile launchers and the gun are what get me. I will sell the head.

The gun & missiles looks ok but not really diggin' the head tho. I still prefer the FP one.

 

I am still waiting for some one to come up with missles that attach in some way to the alt mode as well, I hate his lack of fire power as a truck.

 

Hmm, a mixed bag really... dubious about the notion of "A upgrade kit for an upgrade kit", but there you go.

The head is fugly, doesn't even suit the City Commander set... The gun and missiles are quite nice though, they would be worth getting. But that sword just doesn't go with it at all... I say file down the Autobot symbol on the hilt, paint it a little and give it to Classics/Henkei Megatron! That would look nice I think... That is, if I could ever afford the set.

 

The head is... bleh. Not really cause it sucks, it just clashes with the rest of the armor. The gun seems like a nice copy of Magnus gun, but it doesn't work with the armor FOR ME.

The sword and missles however = SWEET.

 

Ditto. No "goggle optics" = NOT Magnus.  

 

If this set was sold without the head, I'd be all over it. No way am I paying for the head, too.. I LIKE my City Commander head as it is..

I like the rockets and the gun. Coudn't care less about the sword and I'm indifferent on the head. As ever, price will be a deciding factor (if it's something daft like $40 then forget it) but if it was reasonable, I'd give it a shot.

 

If its crazy expensive I'll pass.

its worth the missiles and gun...if i didn't already purchase a set of G1's for mine.

after seeing the head painted, i think it is too detailed for this mold, but still skillfully crafted.

sword i don't know why he has one. he would be better with a removable set of orange transparent goggles for the head, instead of the sword.

if it's under 30$ i will pick it up though, for the gun / missile upgrades.
