This just makes me mad. Really? Varients? Don't you already get enough on my money on actual repaints or the multiples of identical awesome toys I buy just "because they were there". Transformers is not a toy line I want to see varients from. So in the future hasbro please leave varients to star wars and marvel super heroes. So you can stagnate those brands instead.

Yizhi just confirmed there are indeed 2 different colors. He says the darker variant (the one I have) is new.

I don't personally see much difference, so I'll take yizhi's word. I was thinking that if it's a "running change", it's somewhat surprising since the lighter gray version hasn't made it to stores yet (or will it ever?).
