    Consider the alternative...

I agree that the price is a little higher than I wanted to pay but if you think about it,1.this way you dont have to buy the whole set if you only want certain figures and 2.its still a lot cheaper than e-bay because I've seen the Legends figures go for as much as $15.00 per figure and the re-paint mini-cons dont get sold separatly.

Was at Big Lots over the weekend and they had a few additional Minicons, as well as some scout class. But with the minicons at $4.00 and the scouts at $7.50, I took the pass.

    $4? Sheeeesh.

I just bought 4 of the Classics Mini-con packs off ebay for about $20 shipped. That's 12 figures.

And awhile back I bought the Mini-con 12 pack itself for $17 at Kmart when they discounted them. They are now $24.

    $2 a fig vs. $4 a fig?

I have my K-Mart set, but I'd pay $2 for another Brimstone, especially considering I haven't even opened the K-Mart set- it's a nice display piece. So...off to Big Lots I go this week.

Big Lots used to be a place to get good deals, but these prices are absurd. These are OLD scouts, and they're charging more than they cost in the first place!

A discount store in the northeastern ohio area, Marc's, has them too but at $2.99 each. They also had some of the original classics legends figures for $2.99 as well.

Any other stores besides Big Lots and Marc's (never heard of that one) getting these. I only found four of the six.

A two week old thread is hardly a "zombie"... We've had many lately that have been 2 years old...

Wow, that was helpful. Would you have rather me start another useless thread for an ongoing (and not very old) topic.

Anyway, anyone spot these anywhere else. Surely they won't just show up at Big Lots?
