Today I went to my local target to exchange a deffective Blackarachnia and was surprised when teh lady handed me some change, then i realized that the deluxes (Animated only as far as I could tell) were down to $8.99 Couldn't find out if this is a long term thing or what; I asked one of the guys that worked in the toy dept. and he told me that "we just changed thiose this morning". So there you have it.
Just got back from Target, and this is true. Universe was at 11.99, Animated Deluxes had a temporary price cut to 8.99.
I saw a little note on the price tag that said "Price Valid: 3/3-4/6" So maybe it'll be longer than just 'til Saturday?
Hopefully I'll have the money to pick up Waspinator (only deluxe left for me, since I'm passing on the new Prowl) before the price goes back up.
I don't expect the price to go back up. Often the temporary price cuts are extended, and I'm pretty sure they're on tpc to clear things out to make room for the movie toys. When are they supposed to be coming out? Around 4/6, right?
The movie figures are supposed to hit retail May 30th. Now I'm not sure about the preview figures unless I missed something.

That's great news. I was worried about shelfwarming making Arcee and Ratbat hard to find. Hopefully they are still in the pipeline and Easter toy shopping moves out the old stuff.
