hang on, do you mean the 2nd e-mail

 

No this was my first email and I was sending in my forms constantly from day 1

 

Hrrm... still no charge on my credit card or a 2nd e-mail. Starting to get a tad worried, but I'll still give them another day or two before bothering them with a call.

 

I phoned up but didnt ask about me specifcally

howveer I asked about the 60% thing and some woman told me that 60% has been reserved, NOT charged by credit card

 

I am gonna ask this question once

when should I contact Botcon to ask about my thing if I dont hear by ________ this date

as I said I faxed 26th and they e-mailed me that same day saying they got my fax

 

If they said they got your fax, just sit tight.

 

Well I talked with Angie today and she told me that they probably did get it but may have made a spelling mistake when sending the verification email. She told me that if I wanted to, to resend it with the title "may be duplicate." At 4:30 I resent it twice and got the TX report that it went through. I still haven't received an email stating that they received my fax. If I don't get an Non-Attending Set After seeing scourge I'm gonna be pissed.

 

I posted earlier and now I got my email (@ 4 o'clock) and I am paid in full! Pasadena here we come!
(again, I faxed on the 25th) so just sit tight...

 

Not that I really want to bust on Angie since I've talked with her in the past and she's a really nice and helpful person. But as much as FP talks about us making mistakes on our forms there's always the potential for folks at FP to make the same mistakes.

We're all human. That shouldn't mean we stop trying to eliminate silly errors by having a better process for registration (ie computerized)

Still never received a confirmation that they received my other two faxes. This whole thing is getting rather silly. For god sakes I started this fricking thread.

At least I have my Almost completed botcon 2007 set to keep me company.

 

Just got my Registration Confirmation! Processed!  

 

whe did you get ur first e-mail and when did you send ur fax ?

 

Backscatter & I sent in our registration on Wednesday, 2/25 around 6PM Eastern time (Virginia). It took about 6 tries. We received our first e-mail on the 26th and today got the confirmation e-mail just before noon. Our charge has still not hit the charge card but we have had no calls either so that should be next.

 

I got my 2nd email yesterday stating I was processed and today I was charged for everything, so see y'all there!

 

ok has anyone here faxed and got their confirmation on the 26th like me and got their 2nd e-mail as well OR even faxed after but got their confirmation 2nd e-mail by now

 

Calm down dear.

 

They seem to be processing the forms faxed on the 25th, which I would guess are more than those faxed on the 26th. My advise is: patience.

And most likely they sent their faxes on the 25th. I think Fun Publications is going to take a longer time processing the forms received on the 25th since there should be more of those, and won't be processing the forms received on the 26th until after they're done with the ones received on the first day.

I'm not worried. I got my confirmation that they got my fax on the 27th. And Brian said today that everything received (or postmarked) before March 2nd has a set guaranteed. The only thing I'm most likely missing is the customizing class (again), but my fax didn't go through on the 25th so I'm pretty sure I didn't have a chance anyway.

I just got my confirmation email.

My fax got through at 10:30 am on thursday morning (the day after)

I got all the tours, the dinner, the bagged sets, everything I signed up for.
