ok who's seen the g1 animated shockwave or sunstorm anyone?? they r supposed to be out end of january. gotta get the seeker and need g1 shockwave so i can make the animated shockwave into long arm prime oh yeah im in the garden city/westland/canton area

Have the jet twins been sighted in Michigan yet? They been seen in Ohio and Illinois weeks ago, but I still haven't seen them here.
I picked up one of the Roadbuster Ultra Magnus at the West Lansing Target this morning. I also picked up w4/5 of the Clone Wars figures #19 - #23. The family and I went all over Lansing then to Grand Rapids and down to Jackson and the only other thing I found was a Sting Raider with Copperhead. I gave up and ordered 2x Inferno and 2x Leo Prime from HTS with the 10% off code and 1-2 day shipping. The shipping is cheaper than the 3/4 of a tank of gas I wasted again today looking for that shit. I do believe this makes week 5 of finding next to nothing in Lansing Transformers related.
...because I love the abuse we went to the Okemos Target, TRU and Wal-Mart. We also stopped at the Eastwood Wal-Mart when we took Logan out to see my parents. We found...nothing! Yup and a whole lot of it too! I ran the DPCI at Target for Voyagers and saw they had some in the back so I hid the 3 on the shelf while my wife went to find someone to come look on the shelf then to go look in back for us, of course in the back they had more garbage Blasters and Heavy Loads. Hurray!
got legends class rodimus, wheelie, cosmos, and warpath at south cedar meijers. they still have a wheelie and rodimus. still looking for bumblebee and beachcomber.

I'm just kind of like meh. The new prices make me angry every time I think about them and the lack of distribution around Lansing is sickening. I looked back on my Hasbro retail buys for 2008 and I picked up over 100 deluxes in 2008. I typically buy 2 of everything sometimes more - like I bought 3x Universe Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, Cyclonus and Starscream. So in 2009 if my buying habits remain the same I will spend roughly $300 more on deluxes this year not including the $2-$4 extra per Voyager or the price increase on all the other toys. I noticed Star Wars Battle Packs at Wal-Mart went from $20 to $24.
Totally agree... it just ain't even worth it to drive around Lansing anymore. I also like the abuse to checked out the Okemos stores and of course got bubkiss. BTW, how much are the legends at Meijers? I didn't even think to look for them there.
I haven't been able to find a single G1 Legends figure from the last couple of waves (Bumblebee, Beachcomber, Brawn, let alone the new ones) anywhere in the Lansing area. It seems every time I stop someplace, the next day somebody finds something at that store. I think I'm about to give up the search around here and buy online exclusively from now on.
Yup. I feel the same way about buying online. My wife found the first wave of legends at the West Lansing Wal-Mart on 01-03-2009. That was the only case of Bumblebee, Brawn and Beachcomber that I know about ever making it to Lansing.
Oh yeah, my wife picked up a set of Cosmos, Warpath and Wheelie for me at the Grand Ledge Meijer this morning. She said there was one complete set left - this was around 11am.
