I'm not sure how I feel about these two. I'm sure i''ll like them in the end. Kind of look fun...

The green one has too much of an Igor thing going on. Not looking forward to how the toys will turn out.

 

So out of a 2 hour movie, you get like 10 minutes of development...Bay for the loss...Again...

And this goes out to all the people who don't understand exactly how much influence Bay has over EVERYTHING...

(basically the clip will tell you that he would have FULL control and could basically do whatever the heck he wanted to)

 

What the hell happened to their faces??? They look rediculous.

 

10 minutes FOR THE ROBOTS. There were plenty of humans in the movie you know.

 

Now you're nitpicking sloppy animation? ...and the difference is, one was a cartoon solely aimed at entertaining and selling toys to kids. The other is an actual filmed geared to entertain as many people as possible with a $150,000,000 budget.

I still say there is more character development in the first 20 minutes of the animated movie than there will be the entire trilogy of Bay movies. He STINKS. He's a horrible director. It's not just the designs I dislike, he's a very poor director, and it's not like I'm just nitpicking, it's a widely accepted opinion and he's routinely mocked for it.

This series was a GIFT to him...a can't miss series with a cult following. He was on his way out of hollywood with box office bombs like Pearl Harbor and The Island.

 

Pearl Harbor and The Island were pretty good flicks.

hey tolerate many things doesnt mean I have to like what I tolerate...I just don't wanna see jar jar type BS going on in this movie...I will expect them to get their ******ed faces shot off if they are like that!

 

No it wasn't, it was a chance for michael bay to see a transformer get shocked and fall down in the hopes of getting some cheap laughs. What more do you know about any of those characters individually from that power line scene?

 

Maybe skids and mudflap are experiments on cybertron gone wrong.

 

They seem...unique. I like them.

Great now I've got Transformers Deliverance stuck in my mind and the fear that one or both of them will be voiced by Larry the Cable Guy.

 

Anybody know if Mudflap is the offical name of the other Autobot brother. I hope that is not his name. I think it should be Blurr, Hound, Hell I'll even except Wheeljack.

 

No, thats bad logic. Do you remember the Sideswipe thread? People who liked it DID post and did gush like little school girls over the design. The most logical assumption is everyone who liked it did post and everyone who didn't like it, also posted.
