That definately evokes Grimlock much better than your early shots. I can see him with a flaming sword build out of the monster truck's roll bars and exhaust pipes. :> - Alty
Your design is one of a kind, really. I only have a personal feeling, that Grimlock is a dinosaur, I can´t help it. It doesn´t mean that I don´t like the look of yours.
I wasn't feeling it as being Grimlock at first, although I liked the concept as a TF in general...but as I scrolled down the thread and saw the monster truck version it really has a lot more of a Grimlock feel to it. Just as an idea, have you thought about making the alt mode a T-Rex based monster truck? Like this...not so surreal and toy like maybe more like this but a T-rex instead of whatever that is supposed to be
not to be a downer but I'm going to have to disagree with this one, it just doesn't say Grimlock to me. the wheels on the back kind of look like beast machine's dinobots rotor/fans but over all he is still a cool looking bot, just not feeling Grimlock though
Ok ok... I Decide to remold some parts of the model, and i do an 3D paintover face too. Yes yes, he has a thooth ! Yeah I has the same idea, and I still don't know if I made a new car parts model or just a Trex draw when I texture car... It was the fun if we have the advice of Marcelo Matere, Josh Nizzi or Josh Burcham or anyone who work for TF brand too Anyway this is my actual model...
