I have no interest in buying any Autobots, ever. So, this is a no-brainer.

 

So lemme get this straight... They're making a remold of the Concept Camaro 'Bee from the first movie (btw that figure sorta sucks in bot mode) that will likely be over-produced to the point of pegwarming (just like the first prequel toys) even though they're making a new, and from the looks of it BETTER version of the character a li'l on down the road as part of some special pack that'll probably be more expensive...

Am I the only one who thinks that's a load of bullshit? Its not like they haven't done enough versions of Bumblebee from the first movie! D:< Seriously, even those Legacy 3 Pack things are shelf-warming. Hasbro, stop being teasing, sneaky li'l bastards |:[

 

Perhaps not ALL Bumblebee toys are solid movers, but MOST of them are. I have no doubt that the Deluxe BB will attain pegwarmer status, but there are always going to be people who want to update to the newest model, or people who didn't get the mold the first dozen times. And really, since the mold sold well before, and since the bulk of the development costs for the mold were already paid long ago, I doubt Hasbro is going to lose any money releasing it again.

 

Lovin Soundwave. BB's head creeps me the hell out though.

 

Okay, the more I look at it and think about it, the jet mode might be "official", but the satellite mode just makes more sense. After all, what makes more sense for a Communications Officer? A jet or a satellite? ...it's a no brainer...

 

Ooh. Tough luck for the new Bumblebee considering all the hate. You'd be surprised how scarce he was in certain parts of the country. In fact, I had a chance to get the black and gold Bumblebee and Cliffjumper before I got my hand on one.

And if the new one really has that face, I'll get it. Possibly...

And Soundwave looks so regal despite his gorilla stance. He's got crown and cape and everything.

 

Dude, have you *seen* how kids go crazy over Movie Bumblebee? Seriously. Stop and think about it. If we have 5 or six versions of this mold, kids have one or none, and the fucking scalpers cleaned up the rest. So more Bumblebees out there will be good for kids.

 

Meg's jet mode was fine in the movie (from what little we saw) but all of his toys looked about as aerodynamic and jet-like as a brick, covered in feces, lit on fire, and thrown through your front window.

Well, the completely inaccurate legends mold looked fairly aerodynamic. I honestly think that's the best Megatron toy from the first movie.

 

Yeah I suppose there is that :c Hasbro's thinking about the children. What kind bastards. I just hope that Human Alliance bumblebee isn't much more expensive (if not the same price) because it'd be lame just to fork over more dough for just a li'l figurine of Holywood's favorite li'l panic attack (La Bouf)

Me too, at this rate I wont be spending ANY money on the ROTF line.

 

Of course it'll be more expensive, and not due to the li'l figurine. But because the Bumblebee toy itself is bigger.

Getting soundwave but BB is just the original 2008 camero with new features THAT'S IT.
