I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure he was talking about the Voyager Prime mold.

    Oops! my bad...

I don't know how the big parts of the wings are avoided exactly, but I am sure it's transforming this way
    Just look at the tatoos.
What do you means by "hings"?

Question about voyager prime. Is that faded autobot symbol on the cab a remold or a paint app?

Various elements of starscream's transformation look very similar to the old mold to me (chest expansion, arm hinges, legs, tailfins, etc.)

English isn't my mother language. I still don't know hat he meant by "There are no visible hings on his bot-mode wingtips"

The transformation is completly different. Precisely, the chest expansion is done a different way, the legs are done a different way, the tailfins are in a completly different place (i.e.:crotch), and the arms are completly different and placed at an other place than in the old mold:
    Again, check this:
Nothing to do with the old mold.

these are awesome. SS look much better, as does prime. I am always humored how hasbro has those points of interest on the toy on their packaging...pointing to the wrong areas.

SS for example, says "turn the head for rotating missles" or something...but it's pointed to his chest. lol

Ahh, you're right, but still, I am looking at some others, seems they point to the wrong area sometimes. Look at dropkicks, I have it right here....

I'm almost 100% sure that it's just a paint app. I doubt they would do that as a retool, and not retool anything else on him at the same time. If anything the head sculpt could use some remolding to it. Other than that I think the mold looks pretty well perfect. He has a nice sized backpack, but it's not like it's something new to TF's. It's also apparently extremely easy to remove from what I've heard. Makes him a parts-former, but not a huge issue, imo.

As for why we haven't seen many of the new characters, I think they're saving most of them for the future waves. Though I think that we have seen a decent amount of new characters. Definitely no where near all of them, but I think that we've been lucky enough to see any new one's so far.

On the Arker site at the bottom of the new BB voyager bot pictures they mentioned they will have Ironhide and Starscream pictures up next. Should be interesting to see if there are any differences in Ironhide.
