Am I the only one who thinks that the mailbox bot looks like Soundwave? Also, the thing with Lugnutz's arm makes me think of the carbon rods inserted into nuclear reactor's to cool them off. Maybe once it's removed, Lugnutz goes atomic? Also, Rattrap ftw.

I think the rat is just a rat, and the mailbox bot it just what it seems. The leg is cool, and so is Laserbeak. I'm not familiar with Cancer, so I'll have to check it out.

 

I'm pretty sure this quote is a reference to the word "on" above the weird little bot in the lower right corner. I saw it earlier and thought about speculating that some hidden code in the bots manufactured by PCP would be switched on, but I wasn't sure so I didn't include it in my earlier post.

 

I really hope that Soundwave actually swings Laserbeak around like an axe. That's be fun...Too bad you can't really do that with the figure.
That was my only real gripe with the toy, was the hands...But I'm going off on tangent here...

 

All the little nods on Animated are one of the best parts of the show though so it's all good to me!  

 

Hurray I see Cancer!

Hopefully we will see his Rising Dragon Fist, which is actually a kick.....odd I know.

 

I'd say that Cancer is less of an homage and more of 'snatched directly from Masterforce cartoon.' He's just a little more... animated.  

I think that was the coolest spoiler, but I'll be disappointed if he is an inconsequential easter egg and not some kind of peon for the Headmaster. What's that on his forehead anyway?

Also looks like Daniel's little sister is in there. I wonder if she will be a Marissa reference?

 

Seems nobody found out that there are 13 different Things on the pic and we've got 13 new episodes! Coincident? I don't think so!

 

I get the feeling that a lot of the stuff is meant to be red herrings to get everyone talking.

...of course, I'm going to be eating my words when it turns out that everything here is important and that the rat is Rattrap rather than something that shows up in a sewer.

That is not going to be funny. That is going to be nightmare fuel!

 

Defiantely a nice little tease for the fans... Lazerbeak is fantastic, the Cancer homage is very cool, Mack Daddy PCP is hilarious, and Blitzwing';s helmet is sorta ominous of something to come...

Also, not sure if anyone has mentioned this... The baby featured seems to be wearing an infant version of "Spike" and "Daniel's" clothes in this show. Looks like they'll have another family member to me...

 

Cancer gets a big "fuck yeah!" Though I expect he'll just be a quick crowd-scene cameo or something.

The karate kid is definately Cancer. they'll probably use the american headmaster name for him though.

The Wasp head seems like it's before he becomes Waspinator, does this mean we're going to see his transformation?

I've noticed everyone has overlooked the word "on", makes it look like the engine thing attatches to Powell's back.

Hope the helmet doesn't mean what I think it means and the Blitzwing will survive.

Headmaster come sup to Powell and tells him that the newest type of headmaster unit is ready for testing. Powell mentions that witht hi smany, it'll take time for himt o est them all. Masterson says not to worry and that he's hired some useful test pilots. We get introduced to Cancer, Wilder and Bullhorn.

Mega would be a researcher for Sumdac systems, while Giga (her husband) would be an ally of Powell on the board of directors. Still trying to work Browning in.
