I am not impressed. The face looks like that masked guy from V for Vendetta. It's not that hard to make 3 alt modes combine into 1 robot. BW Magnaboss and Tripredacus did it. BWNeo Magmatron did it. Armada and Energon Perceptor did it. And all of them, except Magmatron, even had individual bot modes.
Don't forget the legendary G1 Omega Supreme. Personally, I figure in the movie, if that'd hapen, she'd adapt to a smaller, and slightly different looking, robot-mode. In the toy, well...you'd have a incomplete figure. But hell, there's only so much that can still be done with toy tech, even today.
Lemme think a minute: 3 bike alt - one bike destroyed, there's extreme mode attachment and her bot mode is deformed 1 bike alt - one bike destroyed...she's gone. Totally. Spark extinguished.
Me too, man. IMHO the head and facesclupt is not very "Arcee-ish" as well. Maybe she consists of 2 Femmbots and one Male-bot? .... eh, it could be possbile in Bay's world. Robot Male On-top of two females.... alright alright, crude robot humour. Darn.
Looking at the head picture it looks flat and incomplete. Maybe one of the other bikes has the back half? One bike must be the legs and the other one just ro-boobs. She is going to look like a sailor moon power ranger.
To late for that , movie designs are all deformed to begin with (sorry couldnt help myself, i just hate these designs to begin with ) and is that such a bad thing, they didnt have any problem killing Jazz,
Man that is one ugly mug. I think old geriatric male transformer when I see that head. Oh well, Im interested to see how the rest of her turns out. The Audi and Centennial designs are awesome, but Im not so sure I like Arcee's new look. Or the fact that they are having any and every character combine. And not just with each other, they had to cheapen the gimmick even further. I think its lame that she has to combine from three bikes to form her bot mode.
well it certainly presents a totally different scenario, a disabled rather than deceased TF. Don't want EVERYTHING in ROTF to be a rehash, mix in a little variety.
I'm sure they figured that out. Combining is probably just one of their options and is not their primary function. Also, I'm sure we're not going to see that happen in the movie. And if they are separated, I'm think we're going to be treated to an exciting sequence where the third bike must race through danger to get to the other 2. At the end of the scene, all 3 survive. That's how they deal with that issue......they don't write in a scene where one of them dies. Simple.
Holy shit. They actually developed a combiner Arcee toy using three bikes. I didn't think they would spend the money or take the time to do it. I smelled original movie line Arcee repaint all the way. I stand corrected. It's not the best looking toy but mad props to Hasbro.
