Want to hear something funny? I couldnt really care less about the Terrorcons either. I was born in 86, so the show was long over by the time i got into transformers. I only had the tapes at the local video store to watch for my fix, none of which were episodes that came after the movie.

I've never had the toys or seen them in action except in Spotlight: Sixshot. I dunno, I just felt like i had a pretty good idea for them, and i had nothing to do while i wait for parts for my Devastator. Now i like them alot, or at least my idea of them (feral and monstrous even in bot mode).

Yeah, i was considering scratch building them, but i thought i'd give this a shot first since i have couple screamer junkers lying around. Good news is i think it turned out pretty well.

The two outside sections are parts of his tail fins, and the middle section is the shaved down from his actual wing. The hinges are pieces off of Movie Overcast. I just added claws to the wings too, made out of the blades that come out of Cyb. Landmines wheels.

    Very good.

May I suggest to smooth out the figures for beast mode?
The Terrocons were metallic, but there beast modes are a little blocky. You've got smooth heads and square bodies. Try removing as much as possible from the base's robot modes.
