Well, maybe Ravage tried burrowing through his doors in vehicle mode? The holes look a little too close and there's a smaller one too....So unless the robot that "fingered" him has a deformed finger, my guess would be gunshot holes..

those are definetly bullet holes...the two middle holes which would be your ring and middle finger overlap...if they were from a hand they wouldnt be able to do that

Methinks Optimus Prime gets into one hell of a nasty tango with either Starscream, Megatron, or some other Decepticon (As far as I'm aware, they all have Gatling-esque Guns). Aside from Sabot Rounds, that's the only thing that could penatrate his Cybertronian Hide.

 

Man, Optimus Prime should use his gun more in TRANSFORMERS: Revenge of the Fallen.

That would be hilarious if it was a piece of wood. Prime's battle damage toy comes with a tooth-pick shard stuck between his teeth.

Cus I bet that's what this is. Tooth-pick debris. Prime was chewing on it all badass like, then snapped it off and left it in there.

I don't see how their bullet holes unless 2 different weapons with different sized rounds where shooting in the exact same spot.

Oooh, now that would be totally awesome. Come on, HasTak! Give Prime some badass battle-damage paint apps and all is GOLD. Imagine the realism and not to mention the silly amount of Prime's flying off the retail shelves. Yumm.  

 

...or multiple Decepticons were shooting Prime at the same time.
