Agreed - I like the Ramjet redeco with the proper Movie-style head, but I'm not digging on Skywarp, unusually for me; but in any case won't pick up either... waiting to see if we get a larger, more design-accurate Leader Class version of Starscream. If we do and it's done well, that'll be bought.

 

Also, he needs hands this time.

 

Well, we know know that Skywarp has the fugly head. I might actually get Ramjet instead of him, or like I said earlier, try and get a copy of the better head from a fellow board member.

Just hop the ROTF SS gets a Leader class toy with hands. Maybe a SS where you can open a hatch on his arm and fold the weapon/arm or hand out into place, while the weapon/arm takes it's place on the arm. Good idea, huh?

Both have nice color schemes, but I'd have to overcome decades worth (stunning since the mold is only about a year and a half old) of dislike for this mold to buy them.

Very cool, I automatically like Skywarp since I'm a total sheep for those colors, but I suprisingly REALLY like Ramjet's colors on the Movie Starscream mold. I'll be getting both.

 

I said in the other thread, you can stick a pair of Swindle/Camshaft hands on him. Try it; it works well. They dont fall out or anything.

Either way, these are some awesome repaints. I predicted in the other thread they would have these heads and, well looky thar, I was right.
I sort of wished they had different heads, but I personally dont care Ramjet or Skywarp have TC and SS's heads. SS had a very cool head in the movie IMO. He looked like Halo's Arbiter from the brown pointy curve.

If I ever get the chance, one or both of these will be on display in my room

 

Cool, will try that out. I just like to have a TF that's the way it should be, I'm not really into modding my precious younglings.

After selling off both thundercracker repiants and movie starscream paint apps of this mold i cant justify buying these.. this would be an easy way of completing a seeker line but i just cant do it...

Would have been nice if Ramjet's head had a bit more of a Conehead feel, but looks good! And at last, Skywarp has been unleashed!  

 

ha! it's just hasbro's way of maximizing their profits, and we're falling for it. damn you hasbro! damn you! now, i got to work extra shifts to buy these. he,he,he!

 

I guess it was too much to ask for a remould with arms that had hands that could fold up under the wings better.

Actually, that's quite a lot to ask for. Ah well, give us a new SS with a better jet mode, buffer 'bot mode and hands and I'll be a happy little person.

 

If these are Movie characters than I'll probably get 'em.
