Will most likly be my last animated purchase, so I can have shockwave with the cons and longarm with the bots
Anyone know the release date for this? Once I have it, the original will never leave Longarm mode. I never liked the gray color for Shockwave, but it fits Longarm, being dreary and boring. I also want to do an arm modification to make it a true Shockwave.
Yea he did. It's a huge oversight of the writer's... I mean, Shockwave's part, but Derrick Wyatt said that for season 3 one of the themes is Shockwave doing everything he can to maintain his cover.
This is what Shockwave should have been from the start: purple. Love to see what Longarm looks like. Hopefully, he'll look better than *sigh* the last one.

I thinking the same thing but not for the animated line. I wonder if with a little Kitbashing and some mods if this could be a good classics Shockwave. Because the prices for a energon Shockwave are getting high.
That, and Energon Shockblast SUCKS. Sorry, but the huge gun arm and weird colors just ruin that figure for me (although I still have it displayed on my shelves). I do like the head sculpt, though. I'm not sure it would fit well with Classics, mainly because of the inherant lack of detail TF:A figures have. It's part of the quality of the toys, but jsut doesn't mesh well with the more detailed sculpts.
I'm going to buy this and display it as Shockwave too. The one I have now will go to Longarm permanently. Very cool looking.
Eh, they didn't even finish the job, a yellow eye wouldn't have been a lot of trouble. Longarm mode won't make much sense on this figure, which is a shame cause the quadruple-changing is what made this figure unique. I won't be picking this up unless it gets bad crazy amounts of show attention. Heck, i'm still searching for grey Shockwave.
