I completely agree. He's just not the same character without.

...But I would really be surprised to see fan-made neck wings. Pleasantly surprised, yes. I think they OUGHT to be made. But to me it seems like a lot of effort to go through.

Wait.. do my eyes deceive me? I am seeing two different shots of visor colour... Does that mean he can change from blue to red visors?

 

Yep. It's been in some of the descriptions that have gone along with some of the other pictures. Makes sense too, as fans are pretty split when it comes to what color his eyes should be. This eye color changing gimmick combined with the glowing sword gimmick are making Grimlock one great figure. Though most of his greatness come from his spectacular detailing, imo.

How is a Walmart exclusive worse than not getting a cheaper U.S. release?

I get you dislike Walmart (it seems you post about it in 2 out of every 5 of your posts   ), but I'd guess it's better a release - any release - than no release at all.

Regarding the neck wings and ladder, I was planning on stealing them from my G2 Inferno and hooking Henkei Inferno up with them. I think it will look good. Maybe I will post some stuff under "Radicons".

 

If they do the rest of the Dinobots as Masterpieces, I see myself being out of a lot of $$$ but it would be worth it.
