No Zombie is safe from Chicago Ted!

 

i've played through the first 2 campaigns, it saddens me to say Bill hasn't made it to the chopper yet.

 

The last acts are hard. I've survived two campaigns so far. Dead Air and... the second one... whatever that one's called. Not survived No Mercy yet, I keep getting punched off the Roof by the damned tanks.

Yesterday 3 of us were sat on the chopper while Bill dance with the tank. He finally started hobbling for the chopper only for the tank to drop down behind him and punch him. He flew right through the fucking chopper. It took a good few seconds for the CPU to register him as dead, all the while the Tank lumbered ever closer to us... he grabbed a rock and... the chopper finally took off.

Fuck you, tank

Yesterday I got around to playing Vs, and we were on No Mercy. So, it came our turn as the humans to get up to the final fight on the roof, we all were getting pretty screwed up at that point, no one was gonna make it, so I booked it for the roof and decided to jump over the edge so I would be hanging there. They all were almost incapped and 1 was dead and I was hanging there, watching my health go down screaming for help. I was hoping I would of fallen before the screen faded to black...but to my avail, just as it faded to black all I hear is AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!  

So far I am at 24/51 achievements. I still gotta survive the one you leave on the boat. Last time I played the map, I was so close to the dock and a tank showed up. I had to get ammo because I was out and the boat was nowhere in sight, So by the time I got to get the ammo, all I hear is it arriving, so I booked it and needless to say, I died right before the docks.

 

Noticed something on 360 yesterday. You can splitscreen the game on Live and be on oppossing teams. Had a guy on my team who didn't move as a survivor but completley played as the infected, so I just shot him in the head a lot. Reviewed him then turned him in for a code of conduct violation when he cursed at me in the lobby.

 

What the hell happened last night/afternoon/whatev? I finally managed to get in on a game while you were playing, Twin Twist. It was Blood Harvest on versus, things were going okay, then as a Boomer I puked on you from a farmhouse roof, the horde started tearing you up, and you disconnected! You made me all sadface and stuff.

 

Oh dude, I think that was my lunchtime (IIRC) and I had to go back to work. I was going to die so I just bailed out and went back to the grind T_T

 

I had another fun insident yesterday...playing Death Toll, we were at the church part and out of nowhere a hunter jumps on me...so, what do my teamates do, stand around, in fact 2 walked right up to me and started at me while it kept slashing at me...while I'm shouting over the mic..."DON'T JUST STARE! GET IT OFF ME!" Fuckin noobs! When we got into the safe room, the one guy has the nerve to say, "hey can ya heal me up?" I told him, "Can ya not stand there while a hunter is killing me and take less time to decide to shoot?"

 

  It's all good. I just figured, you get a hard enough time for no particular reason, I'd chime in with a more legitimate one!  

Louis did manage to survive the onslaught, just barely. Took care of THAT later.

I love this game.

 

No, I deserved it for bailing out, but I was hellas hungries!

 

I picked up this game from work today and I am completely in love with it.   All those hours of watching others play definately convinced me to rent it from work. Now, to look for a copy to buy.

 

I gotta say, some of those achievements are hard! Like the Barf Bag one(puke vile onto all 4 survivors in 1 setting). I swear I must of got 3 out of 4 a dozen times, even though they were right next to each other. Other ones just seem more like a pain in the ass than others. Like, no friendly fire incidents, or the "Untouchable" one. I don't see how you can get the untouchable one...even on normal, unless you have 3 other brilliant players helping ya...I don't see this one as possible...

Fun game! I just had to brag about it hehe, everyone when I got it was like wtf, I'm only at 15000 kills.  

 

I played it my friends house last week. Didn't get to go online, but he's turning his basement into a video game room. We beat the whole game in 2 hours. When we went to the airport where you drive he car, houndreds of freakin zombies came out. Of course i was the first to get hit by a boomer, gasser, and a hunter. We had no bombs and the computer player did nothing usefull. When we finally killed them we saw the gas tanks and propane tanks. My friends user name is kieranthesniper, so if you run into him make sure he doesnt put the game on expert. If he does, he will shot you down and hide in a bathroom until the zombies are done kiling you. This general happens if you say he has mental problems or you accidentaly shot him.

 

i'm gonna settle in for a session on this shizzle tomorrow like. ZOMBIES MUST DIE!
