Hope you don't mind me Bumping this as I couldn't find anywhere else to put this.

It's been reported on UK Sightings that Argos has been getting in a three pack of Animated legends. I picked one up today and was surprised to discover it wasn't just 3 figures stuffed in a bag together - the three individual figures are mounted in a rather nifty wrap around card printed with the Universe backing and logo.

The text on the back reads: Classic (in the silver bar)

"Relive The adventure with characters from every era, from Generation 1 to the blockbuster feature film.

The Unstoppable Metal Warriors from the Planet Cybertron are back in a big way in Transformers Universe"

 

That sounds pretty cool and it looks great.

 

I think I want that prowl. He is my favorite animated fig. I hope they are individuals in the states.

 

Uh, about that- 3 others already found it and reported it in the UK sightngs thread.

 

Yup, I mentioned they'd been found before in the first post.

But nobody went to the trouble of actually saying what the packaging was - your post (which I did miss the first time out) only asks if someone's got them in special packaging. Previous Legends packs have come in a plastic bag. There's no pics of the packaging in the UK Sightings thread before now.

Yup.

I picked up Prowl this morning at the local Walmart. For some reason Prime and Bumblebee wouldn't ring up. It was flagged as "Not for sale" -- employees were paranoid there was a recall that no one could find.

 

That's pretty cool. I kinda like the way that they are packaged too.

 

Got them a couple of weeks ago.
