It's actually not that bad looking, although a little too "cutsie" for me. I could def see this for kids who are fans of both Disney and The Transformers.

If Mickey didn't have the "Label" curse of a painful price tag I'd be all over it. >.< Gotta see size and paint apps.

I mean, I got all the Label molds so far. I want to continue this demented team of headphones, mp3 players, speakers, and shoes.

I think Mickey Prime is fantastic.

He shall join my Jedi Mickey in his neverending battle against Darth Goof and Emperor Stitch.

(Note to self: buy Darth Goof and Emperor Stitch)

I am planning on getting two of these. One for each of my two nieces. The simple transformation is not a surprise. It would have been inconceivably stupid for a Mickey Mouse toy to have a complicated transformation. At least now I know that the 3 year old will be able to transform it on her own without having to ask her dad to do it every 3 minutes.

Although I must admit, having her do so would give me quite a few laughs at his expense.... considering this is what they do when I occasionally babysit them on the weekends at my place. "Transform this one!! Now transform this one!! Now this one!!" After awhile it's just a parade of figures getting dumped on my lap.

Adorable and all.. but dang... go take a nap once in awhile will ya?

If I see it in The Orlando version of Disneyland I'll let everyone here know.
They did sell Transformers prior in Tomorrowland at one time.

From my notes, there are 2 series:

S1: Darth Goof, Emperor Stitch, Don Solo, Mickey Skywalker and Princess Minnie.
S2: Mickey Anakin, Goofy Jar Jar, Minnie Amidala, Stitch Yoda and Donald Maul.

There's (or there'll be) also a Muppets/Star Wars set with: Rizzo Yoda, Beaker 3P0, Fozzy Chewie, Darth Gonzo, Kermit Luke and Piggy Organa.

    I want 'em all. :)

I'll wait to see what else they come up with. An impressive idea, but Mickey's not my cup of tea.

I'm digging Mickimus Prime and grimlock.

Mickey Prime reminds me of a potential house of mouse sketch. So that's all kinds of awesome. Especially with mickey on his head. xD It's done in perfect house of mouse style even.

Honestly kudos to takara for paying deserved respects to their roots. Now where's my betty boop transformer already? And tron? And Black Hole?

Those who think this is an abomination should learn actual animation history. While I can cope with whining about SW and even Marvel, Mickey actually has historic signifigance to nearly all cartoons, even transformers, and especially anime. Though, as does Star Wars, Star Trek, Blade Runner, Tron, Betty Boop, and Snow White. xD But hey, Mickey was the first to inspire along with Boop.
