No. What good is it if he didn't know how to activate it at that point? He may have absorbed it, but like everything else he absorbed, it's gone along with his main ability...for now. Arthur is one Dangerous MoFo right now!
Oh NO! no, no-no-no-no-no...You just gave me a horrible thought. Please writers...do not let this ridiculously powerful villain fall to one well placed shot to the back of the head by, of all people... His own grandaughter, Claire to further this whole dysfunctional family affair! Damn you Yigal, ignorance was such bliss! Now this actually seems probable.
Actually, Sylar's ability to use other people's powers is a "side effect" of his own ability which is to understand how anything works. He has a "hunger" to know how the powers work then sees what he's looking for and is able to make it work for him. Knowledge/understanging is his power and the other powers come from him using that knowledge/understanding (and unfortunately the other hunger that comes with it). As far as Peter and Poppa go, I think they both have the exact same power, just that daddy has more experience and knows how to make it do things Peter hasn't explored yet. Just look at Parkman and his dad. Parkman thought he could just read minds until daddy showed him there was more... It looks like when someone has a power there's the potential for one of thier children to have the same power. I am curious though to see if Peter 'n Poppa actually can take a power completely away or if poppa is just making other's powers lay dormant as was suggested before. I like that idea, that along with Claire's blood could bring Adam back. I wasn't ready for him to go either. But I think the real question on everybody's minds is "When does Hiro get his goatee?"
well sylar is pretty awesome all around. I mean they could only have a crazy psychomaniac running around for so long until 1. they kill him 2. he turns good <----yay! 3. It gets so old they are forced to do 1 or 2.
Who says he's good?? Maybe he's got a hidden agenda? Maybe he's just waiting for the right moment to strike? We know he's a good guy in the future, but that's 5 years in the future. At this moment we're in totall limbo if we look who's good and who's bad. Maybe Artie and Morty their groop is trying to do the good thing. After all, they killed Adam who tried to kill 93% of the general population.
Well arthur obviously didn't kill adam for that reason at all. He wanted his power for selfish reasons, and killing adam was a bi-product of that. Plus adam was under assumption that the world was getting what it deserved. Thought he was actually helping the world.
I have to disagree with you on this one. Why should Artie take and kill Adam, when he can just take Clair her powers and she would live?? My guess is that Adam is a liability to the cause that Artie has in mind. Up until know we really don't know the objectives of either sides. We can only guess who will be the real villains at the end of this volume.
Who's to say that Claire would live, what because she's not as old as Adam? Claire has killed herself many times over,if she lost her power then all those wounds may comeback and she dies.
When did everyone start calling him artie???? haha Well I think ARTHUR might not know about claires powers. Because she didn't exactly get until she was older did she? I might be wrong here. But he might also want to use claire. I wanna know what really happend in the first season when everyone said he "killed himself" because if he is this evil....hmmmmmmm.
I was wondering, if Nikki and Peter were a couple sometime in the future what changed that lead her to die before they even knew each? Yeah, I know she died in that fire but what path was taken that lead her to that point instead of meeting with Peter? ALSO, I was wondering about who could have birthed Sylars kid and didn't even think about Barbara!! It seems that perhaps the triplets were meant to be wives to each of the brothers: Nathan, Gabriel and Peter . But I guess Nathan has been the lucky one sofar in banging 2 of the 3.
They have always referred to him as one of the "Heroes" even in season 1. "Suresh teams up with a surprising hero" or some such is in one of the episode descriptions. Also, this season is meant to blur the lines a bit, not break them. D.L. and Micah were killed in the bomb, she teamed up with Peter early on to seek revenge. Btw, anyone else think that Micah might be one of the experiments? Linderman seemed to know what his power was without ever revealing how.
In that timeline where NY was blown up, yes. But that timeline was changed. In the current timeline, yes, DL is dead, but Micah is still around...
btw, I think I figured out what Suresh is turning into.. a cockroach-like being. He's mentioned them several times, even saying that "If god exists, he is a cockroach" because of how "perfect" they are.
Yeah, but her blood heals. Look at Nathan and Syler. Both saved because of the blood of a hero with clair her sort of power. And don't forget! Peter was killed a lot of times, but survived because of Clair her powers. Artie took them away, but Peter is not dead. Conclusion: Claire wouldn't die on the spot if her powers are taken Because Arthur is a senior citizens name. haha Could be, but he knows almost everything. Why wouldn't he know such an essential detail. Probably he got locked up just like the company did to Peter, Adam, Tornadoman, etc. Maybe Clair? The name of the child is Noah. Why would Gabe choose that name?? Good point mate!!!
You do know that Claire is his niece, right? So she is pretty much out of the question. I still say it's the unknown triplet, Barbara.
