Got mine. Played it and everything seems to be in order! Many thanks to Paramount for stepping up, doing the right thing, and sending out the replacement disk.
How do I know if my copy is on that is missing part of the episode? I have never seen the episode before so it did not raise any red flags with me. Who do I contact? Thanks!

Being from Australia I don't hold out much hope... but I sent 4 emails and left 2 messages on that pre-recorded service... will see if Paramount are willing to send the replacements overseas.
After a little over a month, it arrived in a UPS packet / envelope today. Wasn't sure what it was until opening it. Paramount wasn't listed on the return address label. I tested the episode "Hidden" and the complete episode was on the replacement disc. Like Bud said at the beginning of the show, "Woo-Hoo!" Hopefully the TF Energon DVD series won't have any issues. That should arrive around Christmas.
10/9 : Recieved my replacement disc today. "HIDDEN" no longer hidden. Came via UPS. They probably waited until they had a large number of replys and then sent them out in bulk. Probably helped with shipping costs. Update : ran the tracking no. They were shipped on 10/3/08. Arrived 10/9.
Paramount doesn't answer emails. But they're good to their word about replacing. Mine arrived today (to Australia - so overseas buyers don't despair).
