Yeah, it's not even funny anyway. Besides, you don't need to rely on cheap puns and worn-out gags. Are you kidding? The only thing about Bay's movies is that all the action is on-camera. Except BB vs. Barricade fight. I'll give you that. (it's not even that you couldn't understand the fight, it was clear what was going on... until it cut away and showed Sam vs. Frenzy instead) I'm really tired of all this Bay bashing and everybody always saying his movie sucks. Just get over it and let people like stuff.
I actually quite enjoyed the movie. Picking on it is just a funny bit of satire (Primus knows we pick on G1 enough too), sorry if I offended. Laugh, and the world laughs with you; weep, and you weep alone.
It'd be easier to laugh if the whole world wasn't weeping onto you. But I see your point, but damn, people over-analyize way too much these days and it's just tiresome and annoying.

I agree, the ZOMG Michael Bay raped my childhood!!!!!!!11111eleventy-one gets really old. I tend to take pretty much everything in the funnies forum with a huge dose of at least tongue-in-cheek humor though.
Hey, I loved the movie. But I'll take a few jabs at it the same as I'll take a few jabs at any aspect of Transformers. It's all in good fun, at least from my perspective. No hard feelings, ok?
Nah, don't worry about it. It isn't as if those Bayesque moments DON'T exist. They just don't exist full-blown. And people need to lighten up on all ends, I think. Michael Bay's particular style is one of awesomeness AND frustration...LITERALLY depending on which shoot you might be referring to in any movie he does. There will always be those that love it, and those that poke fun, because it's all there. And seriously, if someone decides to poke fun (and I mean 'poke,' not an all-out "KIHL BAY!11!" ) enjoy it, or move on to the next thing. Already been said, too--we poke at just about every aspect of Transformers for it's flaws...the movie isn't so flawless and above it all, you know? I just feel like you should never be afraid to run a prank because a handful of people might not take it well. We all know you aren't out to offend, so you got no worries. Just do your funny!
I love Bay movies. Lots of Bayplosions! Popcorn baby. Taking pot shots at them are a form of homage, you could say...So bring us some more says I! (I'm talking to you, Shane, at the end there)

Indeed; Just because someone takes some funny jabs at somethin' doesn't mean they don't like it XD I myself, as much as my friend hates me for it, just enjoy the movie and appreciate that the people even managed that much for their first on this. (and the shaky camera has that justification to some extend that it allows more of SFX-heavy action with a bit less work needed on it) Lets see you try and render'up those TF's! XD
Well... so much for theatre of the mind. It can never be as good to see it as to imagine it, but boy did I have fun pulling all these guys out to shoot the pics.
