Guess I'll repaint my original as Thundercracker.

This is excellent. I wonder how my custom crown, shoulderpads, and cape will look on this guy. I think I might buy two. One for Starscream and one for Skywarp.

Looks cool - and overall I like the new seekers mold... but damn, release Thundercracker already. Skywarp was easy enough to obtain; make it a store exclusive if it makes you feel better Hasbro, but stop smacking us around.

Seriously, WTF? I'll be sitting here with 2 SS's, Skywarp, Ramjet, and Acid Storm?? I know it's been said a million times, so here's a million+1: For the love of God, the seeker trilogy defines the word classic. Life doesn't always allow even the greatest of fans the money or time for conventions or Japanese imports. Throw this working father a bone, wouldya?

AND Fracture. The Mirage mold is now being used equally for Decepticons as Autobots. (and that's only if you count the Botcon exclusive as a second use for the autobots)

I just wish they Hasbro would stick with one style and leave it at that. Classics Starcream, Skywarp & Ramjet all have those funky new paint jobs, then the BotCon versions of Thundercracker, Dirge & Thrust are all dead-on G1, and now we have a G1 revision to Starscream which also features the Con symbol on the wings.

For once, this is where I'm taking the side of Takara's Henkei versions of the original 3 Seekers. Shitty chrome or not, they're at least consistant with each other.

Hopefully, we'll see Thundercracker, Dirge, and Thrust with new paint schemes.

I'm so glad I spent almost $30 on a Henkei a few months ago to find out Hasbro was re-releasing the figure... I'll get over it real quick if they re-release Thundercracker though (dead horse beating or not).

BB and the SE Prime I agree with you, but the Jetfire and Grimlock are different characters.
