Alright well i finally got around to opening my altenator optimus. Now i like to keep the boxes. Is there a way to open it without ripping open the bubble? Opened the base and got the instructions but that was it.

All the alternators I bought that were bubble packaged couldn't come out without openning the bubble...I tried my best to open as carefully as possible so maybe one day they could be sealed again...but I just don't think there is anyway to get around it.

I think the MIB bubbles just mean that the bubble wasn't crushed or thrown away.

Use a stanley knife to cut the bubble at the bottom. It will prevent the cardboard from ripping. And would still look pretty good if you place the figure back in the packaging.

hmm thats a decent idea. All i did for optimus was peel the plastic back on 3 sides. I thought of another idea is maybe cut the cardboard through the bottom so the figure just fall through the bottom and bubble is intact. I'll figure something out, still have rodimus to free. Any other tips are welcome.

I gently cut through the square end of the bubble, then cut all the tape underneath. I do it this way because it's displayable from 3 sides, yet I can mess around with the toy if want to.
