Also, IIRC, Voyager TFA Skywarp was announced at Botcon 08.

Looking good so far, but waiting for better pics to form an educated opinion.

As stated above, 'menasor' deals with pre-release not custom.
This is probably real deal.

A part of me feels that shockwave, swindle & blurr aren't wv5 but wv6.
I can't believe that hasbro would ship no new waves between now and december.
Something tells me that skywarp here along with wreck-gar are wv5.
Hence why he's showing up w/menasor before any one else.
As for lack of pics of skywarp, wreck-gar, and others,
i wonder if they're exclusives of either "Toyfair" or the club mags.

 

I just got the latest club mag and no new Animated toys were pictured. Neat Universe ad on the back of the newspaper though.

 

They aren't. We've seen Walmart listings for them, and if they were, something would have been said at Botcon.

 

I think mirarage was talking about exclusive pics, not exclusive toys.

He means release pic wise, like they did with the early animated and classics 2.0 which means we may not see them for another magazine or two. Or what not, though if that were the case, I'm surprised none of those have started bragging yet to keep your eyes out. Maybe they won't be till closer to christmas?

 

Ok, that makes a bit more sense, lol. I should have read threw his sentence and thought about it a little longer. As far as I know, the pictures of Wreck-Gar were meant to be a Botcon only type of thing, so it should be a while before we finally see pictures of him.

 

Indeed. I'm still not going to buy that Universe toy, though. It's one of the worst, imo.

 

What Universe toy are you guys talking about? Something was revealed in the mag?

I did mean pics.
My thought was if "Toyfair" had an exclusive reveal on pics of
wreck-gar, skywarp, constructicons & arcee,
it would explain why they were conspicuously absent from sdcc panel.
I am surprised that hasbro hasn't released stock photos from the sdcc slide-show yet.

Back to topic:
Definitely getting skywarp.
Always liked his color scheme over other seekers.
 

 

I'm curious about this too, though I don't expect anybody to tell us. In reality they shouldn't tell us. The one situation I see where it would be ok is if it's something we've already seen or know about.

I'm surprised about this too. I really hope it isn't too long till they do release them. I'd love to get a better look at some of them. Specifically Hound, as I want to get a better look at his feet, and see if/how they are misstransformed (something about them looks mistransformed).

Doesn't look like a repainted Starscream. That plus the fact we know that we'll be getting one, and the fact that the Ebay seller in question is known to get stuff like this early. It honestly doesn't look like it's been painted by someone. If you want to get technical, yes it is a repainted Starscream, but not in the sense of a kitbash (which is what I'm guessing you're talking about).

 

It's a universe ad featuring galvatron w/sideswipe and silverbolt.
