Ok, funkiness aside, has anyone seen the last wave of robot heroes? the wave with Dispensor. I actually got him, but I'm looking for the rest of that wave. Especially the Optimus+Barricade pack.

 

Went into salt lake today, and right after I ask for it, I recieve it! I got the last pack of the most recent wave of robot heroes, so nevermind the previous post.

Target in midvale has 3 grimlocks and assorted others but Grimmy seems to still be wanted and harder to find. Nothing for the newest wave of deluxes.

Walmart of I-15 at 114th south has......NOTHING! not a single animated transformer to be found. tons of movie stuff but nada for animated. Definitely don't waste gas money for that trip!

 

Stopped by AF wallys and they took down the endcaps and the island, but didn't put animated stuff on the shelves, must be trying to get rid of the movie stuff.

AF Target has put out about 20 deep space SS's and I'm thinking it's a little too late to snag movie buyers money, when the animated stuff is right below them.

 

I went out and did some work going to different places we distribute dvds to sell a couple weeks ago and in my route was 4 walmarts from slc to payson. Payson wasnt stocking animated yet and movie line was clogging up the shelves and thats how it was at every walmart I went to except for springville thats had a pair of ratchets and blackaracnias for weeks. I keep thinking to get ratchet but ive heard so many bad things Im glad i havent but its good to know I can get him easily if i wanted to!

 

yeah, ratchet and BA are the least sought after. Makes sense, an old 'bot or a scary spider, well, scary if your a little kid I guess. Neither are bad to have though. So I'm standing in the checkout line at Orem TRU when I get this text message from iheartarcee that the Orem TRU has battle bumpers and activators. We were in the same store at the same time! hahaha. I got there first though, and had my way with the stacks of new stuff. So, to report:

Activators BB, Starscream (better than the voyager by far!), Bulkhead

Bumper Battlers: BB and Prime

Robot heroes: all 4 sets, Galvatron/Sunstreaker, Cheetor/Blackarachnia, Hound/Blitzwing, Rattrap/Megatron.

Marvel Heroes Transformers crossovers: All of wave 1, Spiderman, Hulk, Ironman, Venom

Universe Clasics 2.0 deluxes: Sunstreaker, Prowl, Tankor, and whatever else was in that wave.

Universe Legends: Red Alert, Starscream, Onslaught, and whatever...

Oh, I also stopped at the 2 utah county Targets on my way home, the movie deluxes in the Target exclusive cylinders are clearanced for $6.98, but not the regularly packaged ones, yet.

Also the AF Wallys had pallets out to stock, of which there were animated deluxes, but since I didn't know the case configuration numbers, I don't know if there are any of the 3rd wave stuff or not, but I'll stop in there on my way to the office in the morning.

 

Well I went back to TRU this morning, and they had the rest of the classics that I didn't get last night, Tankor and Prowl.

I'd like everyone to know that if you're looking for the Marvel crossover TF's, then you should also look on the marvel aisle. IE: the spiderman/hulk/ironman aisle. I found my ironman TF there, the rest were in the TF aisle. I had them check the pc code, and there were 8 listed as in stock in the back, but actually 6 were in the marvel aisle. So keep your eyes open!

 

Sweet! The new Classics are here. Toys R Us has a get $10 off $50 for June 29-July 1st you can print out from their website, so I hope I can find them. Otherwise I will wait until Target gets them in so I can use the $5 off $25 toy purchase coupon they have.

 

Well. looks like I overpaid! But then again, I was in there again today, and no restockings of Classics, so I don't mind paying full price and having them on the shelf already!

 

I went to the Orem tru yesterday and all the classics were already gone. With gas prices the couple of extra dollars to order online really isn't that bad. I've got powerglide and silverbolt preordered from bigbadtoystore. Just have to be patient  

 

I've been watching the Sugarhouse TRU, and as far as I can tell, they got the Marvel stuff, but not the classics or anything else. Hm.

 

I popped into the Walmart in AF just a few minutes ago, and they had the pallets out for stocking. I saw deluxe and voyager cases, but not any leader class...I'll try and stop in in the morning and see what's what. But if Leader class stuff is in Colorado, I'm betting it'll be here soon.

Thanks! I didn't know there was a Utah thread until like two days ago. 

Ain't much too see up here currently, but the Crossovers seem to be in pretty good quantity. I did see some Transformers GI Joe Crossovers, but then I realized I was suffering from heat exhaustion, and I wasn't in a toy aisle, I was passed out in the parking lot.

 

Yeah, it's hot out there! supposed to hit 102 on the 4th. I thought that my shoe was melting in the parking lot at TRU yesterday, but I had stepped onto a rather large tar crack-sealer strip. It was all squishy and gooey and some of it stuck to my shoe. I felt like Jack Nicholson in that movie "As good as it gets" with the OCD trying to dodge all the cracks in the ground as I made the rest of the way into the store!

 

I checked with the main stocker at Sugarhouse TRU yesterday and she confirmed they haven't gotten the Universe figures yet, but indicated there was a good chance they would be on the truck scheduled for Thursday.

 

Just in time for my birthday, that's good news! Appreciate the heads up!

 

The AF walmart ended up pulling all the endcap toys and putting them in the back, and replacing the endcap with new Prime, BB and Megatron Flypapers, the ones that can be reconfigured into different looks. Not bad really. The price sign said $3, but I'm sure it's supposed to be $13
