Of course, and that's part of why I want him to be an all-in-one figure without an inner robot too. I'm just saying if they're going to make the cab Deluxe sized it'd mess up the scale so badly that they shouldn't be bothering to make the figure in the first place. Unless it's a Huffer/Pipes sort of situation where the Deluxe Optimus can pull the trailer but he's smaller than the actual cab (which would be roughly the size of Siege/ER Optimus's truck modes.

I'm just saying, if you use an ambiguous term, post it alongside tiny thumbnails, then just double-down when someone posts a response using the natural interpretation of the ambiguous term, I don't think it's entirely the *other* person's fault when an argument breaks out. It all could have been avoided with more clarity from the get-go.

 

It definitely helped people recognize what I meant. It didn't help convince anyone to agree with me, but that wasn't my intention. You all know that I was referring to those depictions AS non-SG Slicer though. So yes, it did help me.

 

It certainly doesn't help that the WotC people said "We got to make a G1 Slicer." Even though that's a lie since the Action Master exists already.
But there's no real "argument" happening.

 

I started thinking about it...and I'm now wondering if G1 Prime will be a toyetic version. Basically, an articulated version of this without the cab, yellow eyes, chrome and all:


Bonus points if it's Diaclone Reboot compatible.

 

This is kinda what I'm hoping, except in Actionmaster colors or a Pepsi Prime homage. Unrealistic I know. I do hope an articulated version of the cab though is what they are going for, because there's definitely a lot of cool repaints they could get from it.

I really think G1 Prime is just Hasbro putting their most popular version of their most popular character into their most popular size class.

 

I won’t be shocked. Way to leave room for a more toon accurate Prime and also way for the 40th to celebrate where it all began.

been honest i am tire of this g1 primes just release the studio series 86 one no more g1 prime enough of them, where is armada red alert, armada cyclonus, armada demolishor, armada jetifire or armada tidal wave, why not instead of another g1 optimus release a energon cab prime for the 20 anniversary of the series and a voyaguer wing saber plus a voyaguer energon megatron please i am tire of g1 primes , we got the classics, potp , combiner wars, deluxe classics, reveal the shield legends, thrilling 30 legends, cloud, earthrise, kingdom , netflix , death universe, do we really need another g1 prime please no more just the commander class studio series 86 a nothing more no more g1 primes plese enough
