Looks good. I'd say the refinery is where a Decepticon (probably) has set up base. The Police investigate, to be repulsed. Then the army comes. Possibly setting up the arrival of Lennox/Epps/The Pommy Bloke and a couple of Autobots. I think it's going to be the "Saxon Forward Base" sequence, mixed with the Refinery fight between BB and Barricade. So the start of the film.
I didn't know where to post this, so I thought I'd post it here. Anyway, yesterday, I read of some witness report which claimed that he had seen an Audi R8, with blue racing stripes on the movie set of Transformers 2, here --> http://www.donmurphy.net/board/showpost.php?p=1174721&postcount=12 However, yesterday, Nelson posted this on the official Michael Bay site, here http://www.shootfortheedit.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=11 Does this mean that the reports of the Audi R8 being sighted are true? If this is to be a Transformer, I'd bet on it that it is an Autobot. But which one? Wheeljack? Mirage?
I know Jazz will be back but i would like Wheeljack to be the Audi. No particular reason, i'm just saying. ^^
About the NERT/NEST hummer: Nonbiological Entity Supervision Taskforce? (NEST). Nonbiological Entity Response Taskforce (NERT). based on NBE-1 and so forth from the first film. That could be Lennox and Epps' new unit, they've experience in taking on Decepticons, have made allies with the Autobots and so forth.
the witness was my nephew and wherever you read that was taken from my post in the news forum. not only is there an R8 on set, but it was being shot in scenes during the wee hours of the morning (wednesday). so i think it's safe to say it's in the movie, whether it's a transformer or not.
Ok dude Don't get me wrong, I wasn't trying to discredit the witness reports, man. I was just hoping that Audi R8 would make it into the movie. With you saying this to me, and the fact that the R8 looks just as fabulous as any of the Autobots alternate modes in part 1, I think it's safe to say that that car will thenh make it into the movie indeed. By the way, if any of the mods read this: there's some new aerial photos up of the Bethlehem shoot, over at http://transformerslive.blogspot.com
