So apparently the swords will only be put upon the arms? It seems they can't be held just like the SS figure (I guess? If I remember correctly we could use the sword in 3 different ways on it), or the swords will replace the wrists?

 

Probably just go in the arms like they are in the film.

I wonder if this is something consistent. Most times Bay Optimus swords came out of his wrists but on his jetpower mode and in dotm it didn't. In the end, the dlx rotf figure wasn't accurate to it (most bay Optimus figures bcs honestly most people have no idea where his blades came from. I spent most my 20yr life thinking they came from his sleeves)

 

I thought the same, in my head I always thought the sword replaced his hand as a kid.

 

But you are right, most times it did. But I thought the swords stayed upon his hand all the time, just like on that scene with the Fallen, just like the DLX figure

Oh wow. Not only does the shoulder blades mode but when you crunch the abs, the pistons toward his bottom back move also.

Can really see this version of Bee’s evolution from Beetle to Camaro while still keeping core parts.

Same I’ve grown to like it despite still preferring his bbm design. Looks better than when we first saw it imo.

They would be great. I’d dig to see Arcee (if not while not the same, Yolopark could do it), but Battletrap would be fantastic looking.

 

There's no question that execution-wise the dlx rotb Prime is superior to the dlx BB one. Not so much design-wise imo.

Also, am I the only one disappointed that we're not getting a gorilla mode for Primal? I was actually much more hyped for that one than the robot mode.
