Still wondering if Pulse will eventually stock the ROTB Deluxe/Voyager assortments (let alone the Target repacks). They've been handling the Earthspark Deluxes even though those are also part of the mainline/Los Angeles team's output, but seem to be skipping the rest of the line since it doesn't fit with Pulse's (mostly) collector-oriented offerings.

 

It's especially weird to me since there's really not that much distinction between the engineering of the media lines and the Generations stuff.

 

So far the "mainline" stuff has been exclusive to Walmart. It's possible there's some agreements in place that keeps Pulse from being able to offer anything until some other date (which is also why Target has a few listings for mainline that haven't actually been made available for purchase/PO yet.

And yes, I know the 3-pack at Target is available via Pulse but that's likely a different agreement.

On the subject of what could (if anything) go up today, seems like MP Kaen and Hoist are the best candidates.

 

I've bought the battlemasters at Target, and the weaponizer 2 packs and armor up 2 packs are also available at Target as well as Walmart, so it's not that the mainline stuff is exclusive to Walmart, it's that Walmart has stocked more of the price points, which isn't indicative of exclusivity, just that Target hasn't stocked some of the figures yet.

 

I guess no Transformers Tuesday today, only 1 Tuesday left before ROTB comes out in the USA, that would be a great time to atleast show physical models of Studio Series Optimus Primal

 

We do know Target will get them just a matter of when.

 

I'm referring more specifically to the mainline "Deluxe/Voyager" stuff. As that's typically what people think of when making the distinction. But yes, the movie line itself is spread out pretty well.

You really wouldn't know a major movie was coming out by looking at how the toys are being handled. The endcaps I've seen are struggling to find things to fill the display with. Gone are the days of ROTF style blitzes, I guess...but this is a little sad.

 

I'd like to thank Hasbro Pulse for saving me some money by not putting up anything I want to buy today. Much obliged.  

 

Hasbro can't make Walmart put up an endcap. They can just send it and hope the team in stores does it right.



But it's not like they're lacking for promo.

 

Also while the toys may be a bit hit or miss depending on one’s local stores, with all the commercials interviews, hell I saw some ROTB. Branded candy at cvs the other day. This movie is clearly being marketed just fine

Yep. They're still flying around life-size Prime/Primal statues. There's been at least *two* premier events (Singapore, UK)...there's no shortage of promotion.

 

There's one Tuesday left before ROTB, will we see physical models of Mirage, Nightbird and or Primal?

 

According to Entertaintmentearth.com these are some of the dates for hasbro that are in June. I think the 22nd might be transformers related.

 

Along with the box office predictions from Deadline show a higher opening box office than both TLK and BB’s numbers.

22nd is definitely TF’s, rest are other stuff.

 

The middle one is definitely marvel stuff, don't know about the first one

 

First one is Marvel stuff, someone called out the reference elsewhere but I can't recall the ties between the lyrics from the song and the actual tie to Marvel.
