Beast Wars Metals is a separate entity from Beast Wars over in Japan so I think you might be waiting for a long while.

To date, with the three VS packs that have been announced, the character pairs sat in the corresponding slots on the line-up image on the Character page of the Beast Wars Again website, and the theorised future packs were lining up (Dinobot and Tarantulas, Rattrap and Terrorsaur).

But now, Tigatron and Blackarachnia are in different spots. Could TT be mixing it up? Tigatron and Inferno, Airazor and Blackarachnia? Or, could we see non-VS packs, with a Tigatron and Airazor release perhaps?

Do you think Takara would repaint Transmutate?

 

I still want that Transmutate BAF from the 10th anniversary to be re-issued as a single figure with actual articulation added to the mold.

 

At this point I'm just hoping Super7 does Transmutate as part of their Ultimates line, I think that's our best shot of getting an accurate-looking articulated Transmutate that still scales with the Kingdom/Legacy Beast Wars characters.

You can get decent results by combining two GenSelect Transmutates, but that results in the head looking a little too undersized.

 

Yeah, BAF BWX Transmutate would be undersized. She was as big as Rampage!

 

Tigatron vs Blackarachnia might be my first skip. Stealing the spider legs from the toy colored version made Kingdom show accurate, and Kingdom Tigatron’s bot mode is basically perfect. I also don’t mind the more realistic paint details for the tiger mode.

That said I’ll wait for the real pictures to pass judgement.

 

Head's up for anyone that snoozed too long on the Primal/Megs pack, DeepDiscount has them for preorder still and at about $20 cheaper than Pulse or BBTS. BBTS did have them up until a day or two ago. FOMO bug must have bitten the other fence-sitters at the same time as me.

Sorry for this rant here guys, but I'm just trying other avenues after repeated emails to Hasbro Pulse customer service have fallen on deaf ears...

Hasbro Pulse .... PLEASE stop spam emailing after I just look at a product on your website. Imagine if every time you just looked at something on Amazon if Amazon then emailed you MULTIPLE times about buying it? I looked at this Cheetor/Waspinator set and got 2 spam emails about buying it. I looked at the new ROTB Optimus Prime, saw it was sold out, and still got 2 spam emails from Hasbro Pulse about buying it... WHEN IT IS ALREADY SOLD OUT! I would unsubscribe just to stop these emails, but then I'd also unsubscribe from getting the actual informative emails about new drops, upcoming livestreams, etc. If these "take another look" type emails do not stop, I won't be renewing my premium membership again, and I've been a premium member from the start. Also since you've spammed me about this Cheetor Waspinator set, I've decided against buying it. Also also, since I'm not buying it, I'm cancelling my orders for the other 2 sets of Primal/Megatron and Rhinox/Scorponok that I had pre-ordered from Bigbadtoystore.com. I hope your partner is happy with that!

Not being facetious, but have you tried just browsing while logged out and then only logging in to actually buy? That should prevent the spam emails caused by simply browsing the site.

 

I've contacted Hasbro Pulse customer service about it. The only way to unsubscribe from these emails is to unsubscribe from all their emails. So I'd miss out on the notice of when pre-orders go live, etc... likely then missing out on the short window that some exclusives are available before they sell out.
