Same here, the other pack is a good price for two Voyagers, but $69.99 for a Deluxe and Voyager is crazy, even for someone like me who rarely ever cares about exclusive prices!

I've thought the exact same thing about Amalgamous, except add a bunch of Construct-Bot parts as well. Wheels, wings, weapons...anything that uses a 5mm peg. I wouldnt use the Fossilizers though, as Onyx was supposedly the only one of the Thirteen with a beast mode. But, basically the same idea.

 

The fact they still haven't fixed the pricing error is a little concerning to me. Hopefully they fix it soon. Or, if people start getting Orion from Megatron orders Amazon isn't a dick about it and "Megatron" isn't sold out by the time I can buy an Orion.

 

As today, amazon still doesn't update prices for the two 2pack...
 

 

I’m betting I’ll be getting Megatron and Ratbat on July 3rd-ish from my Shockwave/Orion order. Amazon seems disinterested in anyone reporting the issue, so I stopped caring. Only thing that will make me cancel is if my Pulse order ships first.. even then, I always keep Amazon orders open in case of defects from the pulse order because Amazon is infinitely easier to do returns than Pulse.

Everyone else is worried about getting the correct "senator" set, while I'm sitting here waiting to see what Nova Prime looks like

 

My guess is using Optimus, the core bot will be the same but all the add on parts will be completely retooled. We know at very least he's gonna have accurate wings, which probably means that entire chest piece is different.

Maybe the legs will remain the same too, judging by the silhouette.

 

Oh, lol. I meant that I was waiting for a physical copy to show up in one way or another. Already 100% certain it's the GUOP siege mold with some retooled parts like the wings

 

Safest bet is just to order both and then return the set you don’t want. Amazon’s return police being so easy at least makes this mixup and easy fix

If I remember back a couple of years I can recall ordering an Amazon exclusive (I cant recall which one) which I ordered from Amazon because their price was so much lower than everyone else's. So I thought I'd got a bargain. Then a week before it was due to be dispatched I got a message stating there had been a mistake and the item had been mis priced. They would only send the item if I agreed to pay the difference. I have a sneaky feeling that are playing the same game here. If you check the terms and conditions they do not have to price guarantee if an item has been mis priced. So they get all your orders for being the cheapest and then hit with a pay more notification before they dispatch it. Buyer beware!
